Deluso da tutti i punti di vista, sia dal personale del punto vendita e dall' assistenza che non sa darci alcuna riposta o cerca soluzione per risolvere il problema riscontrato , e per altro se non chiamavamo noi non ci avrebbero mai avvisato del problema riscontrato. Diventi un numero che se hai problemi devi contattare il numero verde, il negozio serve solo per vendere e non per consigliarti o per aiutarti nelle difficoltà che puoi trovare nella consegna o per altri motivi. Ho effettuato un ordine considerevole ( 8000 euro), sul contratto di vendita hanno scritto in piccolo una data di consegna che noi non abbiamo menzionato; anzi al momento dell'acquisto (17 agosto) abbiamo detto che non potevamo ancora dare una data di consegna certa in quanto stiamo ristrutturando casa e ad oggi (1 ottobre) non sappiamo ancora quando ci consegnano la casa. Loro invece a nostra insaputa hanno fatto partire l'ordine è il 23 settembre ci dicono che l'ordine è arrivato al centro smistamento e che dobbiamo pagare una cifra considerevole al mese per tenere l'ordine in deposito fino alla data di consegna. A	Alessandro Ronzulli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nonostante la cordialissima assistenza per l'acquisto di un letto matrimoniale contenitore con materassi memory, prezzo di circa € 2000, a distanza di un anno scopro che il fondo di serie non è abbastanza resistente da mantenere un paio di cuscini di ricambio, qualche coperta e qualche lenzuolo (vedere foto). Ma cosa più sconcertante è la risposta di acquistare un fondo più resistente con 50 euro invece di rendersi responsabili di una consulenza sbagliata! Chiaramente su 2000 € non sarebbero state 50 € a fare la differenza! Sono sicuro che il mio falegname sarà più economico e più professionale. Perdormire, dormite tranquilli che non mi vedete più.
