★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per alcune tipologie di merci non mi è stato possibile selezionarle da un catalogo con prezzi; mi sono state offerte ad un importo imposto dal titolare, non secondo il mio gusto e senza comunque avere modo di poterne scegliere fra diverse varietà. Il colmo è stato che nonostante si conoscessero le misure extra di altri prodotti acquistati in sede, sono stato costretto a restituire le suddette merci sperando in un rimborso totale dell'importo pagato, cosa che mi è stata negata.
L'ordinazione non è stata fatta, a mio parere, in maniera adeguata, prendendo appunti conformi o compilando un apposito modulo. Questo ha determinato un allungamento dei tempi di consegna dal momento che è stato commesso un errore di dimenticanza da parte del titolare.
Il negozio risulta molto congestionato, privo di spazi ben definiti per accogliere la clientela, esporre le merci o stoccare gli articoli in consegna.
Il personale si è dimostrato disponibile, ma poco professionale.
Esperienza non proprio positiva, alcuni prodotti rispondenti alle richieste, ma esistono realtà di gran lunga migliori.
For some types of goods it was not possible for me to select them from a catalog with prices; they were offered to me at an amount imposed by the owner, not according to my taste and in any case without being able to choose between different varieties. The climax was that despite knowing the extra measures of other products purchased on site, I was forced to return the aforementioned goods hoping for a full refund of the amount paid, which I was denied.
The order was not made, in my opinion, in an adequate manner, taking compliant notes or filling out a specific form. This has resulted in an extension of delivery times since an error of forgetting has been made by the owner.
The shop is very congested, with no well-defined spaces to welcome customers, display goods or store items on delivery.
The staff proved helpful but unprofessional.
Not exactly positive experience, some products responding to requests, but there are far better realities.
