Per me la prima regola è l'empatia col cliente, ascoltarlo, capirne i problemi e le esigenze in maniera molto umana. Cosa ho ricevuto? Arroganza, sdegno, consigli senza senso con prezzi sullo stesso prodotto che cambiavano in pochi minuti.. oltre al fatto che siccome ci sono tornato una seconda volta (senza che ci fosse affluenza in quel momento) mi è stato risposto: ti ho già spiegato tutto l'altra volta..... Scusami se ti sto rubando del tempo mentre vieni pagato per fare il tuo lavoro.. SCONSIGLIATO Scandalous seller, and whoever is writing it is another seller. Acquisto un materasso singolo e mi dicono che in omaggio ci sono due cuscini (materasso acquistato a prezzo fin troppo gonfio, per quanto di marca sconosciuta) e do un acconto di 150 €. Un giorno prima della consegna mi chiamano, proponendomi di acquistare i due cuscini a 50 € l'uno (manco fossero d'oro) e ignorando gli accordi presi. Allorché dico che non ho più intenzione di acquistare il materasso e chiedo se è possibile scontare i 150 € di acconto, acquistando altra merce in negozio. La risposta è stata che avrei dovuto spendere comunque l'intero importo del materasso, ignorando il non rispetto assoluto, da parte del venditore, delle condizioni del contratto. Ho perso 150€.
