C'era una postazione di giovani promoter che illustravano ai clienti i benefici del riposo su materassi specifici per ogni esigenza. La signorina ha preso il mio numero telefonico e la mattina dopo mi ricontatta dicendomi che il responsabile commerciale dell'azienda è in zona e se desideravo eventuale visita stessa mattinata di sabato. Dopo un paio di ore si presenta a casa mia il sig. Donatello, responsabile commerciale della AD RELAX. Spiegate le mie esigenze e problematiche, mi mostra direttamente alcuni campioni in sezione di vari materassi. Opto per 2 ZERO GRAVITY GEL per il mio letto matrimoniale che ha alzata elettrica singola. Lo stesso pomeriggio di sabato, dopo poche ore dalla visita, mi consegnano i 2 materassi con 2 guanciali anticervicale in OMAGGIO. Che dire: dopo anni che soffrivo di dolori lancinanti ad ogni risveglio, ho ritrovato il gusto e piacere di dormire e alzarmi finalmente riposata e senza alcun dolore. La visita a domicilio è stata effettuata dal direttore commerciale Donatello Scarati, che con competenza e professionalità ci ha mostrato i vari tipi di naterassi dal vivo, con i campioni reali; inoltre ha saputo consigliarci sui prodotti da acquistare e sulle scelte da fare in base alle nostre esigenze ed all' uso che avremmo fatto. Inoltre il direttore Scarati ha dimostrato di tenerci ad orientare il cliente nella direzione giusta in base alle reali esigenze....e non certo a mirare solo alla vendita in quanto tale. In aggiunta va citata anche la possibilità della detraibilità fiscale degli acquisti, vantaggio non trascurabile. Abbiamo girato un pò, ovviamente con un pò di perplessità, perché non siamo esperti, soprattutto se la scelta dopo un relativo tempo sarebbe stata quella giusta. Per "ignoranza" tutti i materassi, dopo che capisci che il tuo non è più buono, sono comodi e confortevoli, quindi ci siamo detti proviamo a prendere un materasso di qualità soprattutto per le mie condizioni di salute che mi causavano ogni mattina un risveglio traumatico (ernia lombare). Abbiamo conosciuto AD relax tramite una conoscenza e già a primo impatto del direttore commerciale Donatello, ho notato professionalità, onestà, disponibilità e gentilezza. Per ora faccio la mia recensione in merito al fatto che reputo l'azienda seria, puntuale e professionale. Sotto consiglio abbiamo acquistato oltre che il materasso anche la rete ortopedica e due gianciali. Personalmente, già da dopo la prima notte, la mattina successiva avevo meno dolori del solito, quindi reputo il prodotto ottimo. Sono convinta che un buon materasso ha bisogno anche della rete adeguata e quindi sono felice dell'acquisto.
