★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato colpito dal modo in cui gestiscono ogni singolo aspetto della trattativa, dalla celerità e disponibilità negli appuntamenti, alla gentilezza di fronte a domande anche banali, agli strumenti tecnologici che semplificano i più tediosi step burocratici all'onestà con cui avviene l'interazione con il cliente.
Molto chiaro e trasparente il profilo dell'appartamento, con rendita catastale, calcolo delle imposte e persino ipotesi di mutuo.
Adoro anche lo strumento di tour virtuale. Puoi rivedere l'appartamento ovunque e tutte le volte che vuoi.
Sebbene non li abbia usato, trovo comoda anche l'integrazione di servizi aggiuntivi come la ricerca del notaio o del mutuo più vantaggioso fino addirittura al supporto alla voltura delle utenze.
Un po' più cari della media, ma il servizio offerto è di qualità.

The profile of the apartment is very clear and transparent, with cadastral income, tax calculation and even mortgage hypotheses.
I also love the virtual tour tool. You can review the apartment wherever and whenever you want.
Although I have not used them, I also find it convenient to integrate additional services such as the search for the notary or the most advantageous mortgage up to support for the transfer of utilities.
A little more expensive than average, but the service offered is of quality.
