In sintesi, un professionista di grande esperienza, professionalità e affidabilità che gestisce (giustamente) un patrimonio immobiliare notevole. Niente a che vedere con i franchising/mc donald delle agenzie immobiliari che sono affollati di ragazzi spregiudicati che mirano solo al profitto senza puntare sulla reputazione del brand. Assegno una stella solo perché il sistema, non dà la possibilità di assegnarne zero, altrimenti l'avrei fatto molto volentieri. Iniziando dalla mancata professionalità nel fissare gli appuntamenti, proseguendo nella mancata professionalità dell' agente, sprovvisto di bigliettini da visita e concludendo, con l'agente stesso che ha bisogno di essere rincorso per dare conferma positiva o negativa della trattativa. Che dire, meglio avere a che fare con il privato o dare fiducia ad un'altra agenzia. Bad experience as far as I'm concerned.
