Nonostante avessimo fissato un appuntamento per formulare una proposta scritta, ci hanno chiamato poche ore prima per informarci che avevano già dato l'immobile a un'altra persona perché si era presentata senza preavviso in agenzia, ignorando completamente il fatto che avevamo visionato prima l'appartamento, e avevamo correttamente (come da norme anticovid) fissato un appuntamento per firmare una proposta CONCRETA. Resta l'amarezza che comportamenti simili avvengono solo al sud Italia, dove la serietà e la professionalità sono valori molto molto rari. EDIT DOPO LA VOSTRA RISPOSTA: la signora Procoli che mi ha contattato telefonicamente per annullare l'appuntamento, forse ingenuamente ha asserito il contrario, ovvero che chi ha formulato la proposta aveva visionato l'appartamento DOPO di me e dopo che avevo fissato con voi l'appuntamento per formulare una proposta, e soprattutto che si è presentato in agenzia SENZA prima fissare un appuntamento. Dunque, o mi è stata detta una cosa falsa quando mi è stato annullato l'appuntamento, oppure viene raccontato il falso qui, dopo la recensione negativa; diceva Andreotti che a pensar male si fa peccato, ma molto spesso ci si azzecca. In ogni caso mi pare piuttosto strano che la proprietà abbia "scelto" senza nemmeno chiederci un minimo di referenze, che avremmo fornito in sede di appuntamento preso (e poi da voi annullato). Altra cosa importante, la signora al telefono ha risposto con un professionalissimo "sa, chi prima arriva meglio alloggia", che immagino sia il vostro beneamato e serissimo "codice". Personalmente posso dire che l'Agenzia si presenta molto bene, è accogliente e il suo titolare Matteo Di Cosmo è una persona estremamente professionale e gentile. Ha curato l'iter di vendita del mio immobile dall'inizio alla fine, in tempi brevissimi - nonostante il periodo storico complicato - e con un buon risultato.
