★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a reknown brand but in Bari it's absolutely necessary not to miss it because they have pieces you can't find even on the online store, because they give them old furnishing and design pieces of different quality to nourish the showroom and you'll be amazed by the space installation itself

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I originally ordered a sofa that arrived without a piece that was needed to finish building it and had to wait for two weeks before the piece arrived. As a "consolation" I was given a 20 euro voucher. Fine. I went to the shop in Bari to try and use it, I showed the lady at the checkout that I had this voucher. She asked me for my name and phone number which I found strange but thought it was linked to the voucher. I put the objects I was purchasing and the voucher on the counter for her to scan everything. Once I had paid, I asked her to show me on the receipt where the 20 euros had been deducted. She said, "oh, I didn't know you had a voucher." She had removed my voucher and put it on the side of the checkout. I was astonished. How could she not know I had a voucher when I told her I had the voucher and had handed the voucher over to her. Anyway, to cut a long story short she got exasperated at me for asking her to find a solution to the problem and told me I was irritating her. She could do nothing for me because I had paid in cash so no money could be refunded. I went there purposely to use this voucher.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maisons du Monde is sort of a cross between Ikea and a better furniture store. The designs are modern, seem well constructed but don't have an expensive price tag. Not IKEA cheap but pre-constructed. Delivery service for an item that didn't fit in the car was quick, well communicated and the drivers very pleasant taking the item to where I wanted it rather than dropping on the curb side or just inside the front door.
