★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima,non rispondono al telefono manco per sbaglio ,personale femminile a dir poco tremendo,una commessa in particolare davvero a tratti maleducata e scorbutica ,punto vendita in cui non tornerò più finché non aggiorneranno il personale..e confrontandomi con varie persone che vanno lì le opinioni son le medesime .

Bad experience, they don't answer the phone by mistake, female staff to say the least tremendous, a saleswoman in particular really at times rude and grumpy, point of sale to which I will never return until they update the staff .. and comparing myself with various people who go there the opinions are the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima assistenza al cliente. Dipendenti indossavano la mascherina in modo scorretto (senza coprire il naso ),sbuffavano a tutti i clienti, specialmente la ragazza con i capelli neri. Pessima esperienza ! Cambiate lo staff con gente che abbia voglia di lavorare !
Bad customer service. Employees wore the mask incorrectly (without covering their nose), snorted at all customers, especially the girl with black hair. Bad experience! Change the staff with people who want to work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza deludente. Sono passata più volte dal negozio in momenti diversi chiedendo informazioni agli addetti vendita in merito alla promozione PS5 rendendo la PS4. Soprattutto in fase di prenotazione nessuno ha precisato che la PS4 senza sigilli non poteva essere ritirata. Per me questo è molto scorretto ed Inoltre conviene dirlo al momento del ritiro della nuova console.
Inoltre credo che è quasi impossibile in circa dieci anni di utilizzo non pulire almeno una volta la ventola della console.
Disappointing experience. I have passed by the store several times at different times asking for information from the sales staff about the PS5 promotion by making the PS4. Especially during the booking phase, no one specified that the PS4 without seals could not be withdrawn. For me this is very incorrect and it should also be said when the new console is withdrawn.
Also, I think it's nearly impossible in about ten years of use not to clean the console fan at least once.
