Caterina ma credo non lo farò mai, in quanto ho appena avuto un esperienza molto NEGATIVA. Poco fa, ho chiamato telefonicamente e mi ha risposto un signore più che maleducato e poco disponibile, ho chiesto se avessero la disponibilità di un articolo fornendo ovviamente i loro codici (in quanto poco fa ho provato lo stesso articolo in un altro negozio di Senso Unico e non essendo disponibile la mia taglia allora ho fotografato il cartellino), il signore invece di ascoltarmi o magari fornendomi informazioni con chiarezza, mi ha detto “e io come faccio a sapere se c’è l’ho, mica sono un computer” e come se non bastasse ha subito sbattuto il telefono chiedendo alla sua collega di parlare con me perché evidentemente lui non aveva tanta voglia di lavorare. Devo dire che la signora è stata molto disponibile, mi ha chiesto il codice e ha subito inserito al computer per vedere la disponibilità della taglia che a me serviva, non credo che lei sia un computer, eppure mi ha aiutato e fornito un’informazione basilare. Dunque, per questo atteggiamento maleducato e scortese del “signore” ritengo opportuno che meritino una recensione di questo genere! Per la signora non ho nulla da dire, anzi la ringrazio per la disponibilità!! I have never gone to this shop located in the cc of S. Caterina but I think I never will, as I have just had a very NEGATIVE experience. A little while ago, I called by phone and a more than rude and unhelpful gentleman answered me, I asked if they had the availability of an item, obviously providing their codes (as a little while ago I tried the same item in another One-Way shop and since my size was not available then I photographed the tag), the gentleman instead of listening to me or perhaps providing me with clear information, told me "and how do I know if I have it, I'm not a computer" and as if that weren't enough, he immediately slammed the phone asking his colleague to talk to me because obviously he didn't really want to work. I must say that the lady was very helpful, she asked me for the code and immediately entered the computer to see the availability of the size I needed, I don't think she is a computer, yet she helped me and provided basic information . So, for this rude and unkind attitude of the "gentleman" I consider it appropriate that they deserve a review of this kind! For the lady I have nothing to say, indeed thank you for your availability !!
