★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sui negozi OVS ho solo valutazioni positive, ottimi prezzi, vasta scelta di articoli, i capi non si rovinano facilmente ai lavaggi e con l'utilizzo. A questo punto vendita in particolare lascio solo tre stelle perché il personale è stato poco disponibile e se ho acquistato è stato solo perché ho cercato e per puro caso sono riuscita a trovare l'articolo di cui avevo bisogno. Nello specifico, avevo bisogno di un capo e ho chiesto informazioni a entrambi le commesse e nessuna delle due si è minimamente mostrata disponibile nell' aiutarmi. Una mi ha detto di rivolgermi alla collega, l'altra mi detto di cercare io stessa tra i vari articoli quando ho trovato io stessa l'articolo e volevo sapere la dimensione mi è stato detto di andare a cercare le dimensioni tra altri articoli che ho dovuto reperire io stessa tra tutti gli articoli disponibili in negozio. Il negozio era completamente vuoto e c'eravamo solo io e loro!!!! In un attimo avrebbero potuto aiutarmi invece di dover cercare io tra centinaia di articoli. Inoltre ho chiesto aiutarmi nuovamente alla prima commessa ma nulla!
Peccato, non mi è capitato mai in nessuna attività. Potrei capire un comportamento simile se ci fosse stata gente, ma col negozio vuoto.... Non lo tollero.
On OVS stores I only have positive evaluations, excellent prices, a wide choice of items, the garments do not get damaged easily when washed and with use. At this point of sale in particular I leave only three stars because the staff was not very helpful and if I bought it it was only because I searched and by pure chance I was able to find the item I needed. Specifically, I needed a boss and I asked both orders for information and neither of them was in the least willing to help me. One told me to go to my colleague, the other told me to search for the various articles myself when I found the article myself and wanted to know the size I was told to look for the dimensions among other articles I have I had to find myself among all the items available in the shop. The shop was completely empty and it was just me and them !!!! In a moment they could have helped me instead of having to search hundreds of articles for me. I also asked for help again at the first order but nothing!
Too bad, it never happened to me in any business. I could understand a similar behavior if there were people, but with the shop empty .... I do not tolerate it.
