★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could I would give zero stars because they are liars ... I had gone there to buy a Google Home Mini and we were a total of 3 people .. We saw the price was € 44.90, we read all the details and we took 1 Google Home Mini and we went directly to the cashier .. Arriving there the staff told us that the price is € 59.00 .. We said no, the price is € 44.90 ..she told us in the computer feed the price is € 59.00 .. and maybe you are wrong .. So she asked us to go and check the price. Arriving where the items were displayed, surprisingly the price has been changed to € 59.00. So we asked a staff why the price was changed .. 10 minutes ago this was not the price written .. Very rudely he said you were wrong .. 1 person can be wrong but 3 people can't do the same mistake ... whatever the price was I was ready to pay because I wanted the article, there was no need to lie, this is the part that made me angry and irritated because I don't want liars to come to my face and tell me that I'm lying .. You're for sure a stigma on professionalism and it's the last time you're having me as a customer.. You should be really ashamed of yourselves.. Because you could have done it in a different way while being respectful to others.. Simply accepting that it was a mistake and not treating your clients as liars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since moving here this is one of my go to stores for electrical items because of the big variety of items and the reasonable prices (usually the cheapest between the competitors).
However, definitely point lost for the customer service as a lot of times, you would have to wait for 10-15 minutes meanwhile members of staff next to you are chatting, or disagreeing on who supposed to do what.
Another point lost as they apply additional charges you might not want. Example: they apply screen protector on brand new phones to add an extra charge of 25 euros whether you want it or not. Really feels like a ripoff if you ask me.
Another point lost for the delivey and installation of large appliances. You have to be lucky to have someone who actually cares about the job otherwise you are left with leaking tubes and moving fridges.
