Non credo che entrerò mai più in un negozio Chateau d'ax. A distanza di 7 anni l'ho dovuto buttare perché era diventato scomodissimo in quanto si sprofondava una volta seduti. Un divano preso nello stesso periodo da un mio parente da altro produttore, che lo ha pagato giusto 250 euro in più, è tutt'oggi perfetto e comodissimo. Non penso di prendere più divani se le durate sono oltre i due anni di garanzia, e sono oggi alla ricerca. I took a three-seater sofa that after a year already showed signs of sagging of the padding. Divano consegnato difettoso nel funzionamento del meccanismo e con tagli nella pelle avvenuti durante il trasporto. Attesa di quasi 4 mesi per ricevere i ricambi ed effettuare la riparazione sulla pelle che, comunque, è sempre una riparazione. Chiaramente tutto pagato in anticipo, ed è questo il problema. Mi hanno richiamato qualche giorno dopo per offrirmelo al prezzo precedente, ma (sorpresa delle sorprese) quando torno per la terza volta in negozio per realizzare l'acquisto un venditore mi diche la signora XX (altra venditrice) si era sbagliata con me e che il divano non esce al nuovo prezzo imposto...
