Mi avevano y che in 2 settimane avrebbero consegnato una rete nuova invece poi dopo una settimana mi hanno detto che ci vogliono almeno 3 settimane lavorative è quAsi finita la 3 settimana ed ancora non si fanno sentire visto che ho il problema di non dormire mi hanno deluso e premetto che come me l' hanno fatta vedere ho pagato 200 euro la rete più il trasporto euro 30.; Non sono attendibili scusate Beautiful shop with a large display of beds and mattresses and nets and pillows for all budgets even in installments, good and even a choice of networks on order if they don't have them with 2 weeks they deliver it with 30 euros more. Sono due mesi che sto aspettando la sostituzione dei due pannelli del letto contenitore che ho acquistato. Ho chiamato e richiamato molte volte, ricevendo sempre la stessa risposta: la sua pratica è in gestione. Anzi addirittura si sono anche alterati per la mia insistenza. Mi sembra più che giusto avere una data di sostituzione, dopotutto è un loro errore a cui non stanno ponendo rimedio. Oltretutto il letto è stato già pagato. Credo proprio che non ci acquisterò più nulla. Nessuna serietà. What can I say ... I really don't think I can give more to this company .. G	Gianluca Proietti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10 mesi fa ho acquistato un materasso dal costo di 900€ in questo covo di incompetenti, e circa 15 giorni fa mia moglie si è accorta che nella parte inferiore del materasso in memory è fiorita della muffa. Premetto che la mia casa è asciutta ho sfoderato il guscio, e portato con le foto del materasso che è impossibile trasportare in auto, lo stesso in negozio dove prima di tutto senza nemmeno farmi parlare mi hanno detto che loro non sono responsabili....Io allora espongo il problema e dico loro che non devono credere a me non prescindere ma tramite i loro ispettori venire a casa mia e verificare che l'ambiente è perfettamente asciutto. Allora subito la commessa controbatte che il guscio non è in garanzia....ed Io faccio notare che anche sul materasso stesso c'è muffa con le foto. Lei allora mi fa scrivere una mail con la documentazione fotografica cosa che faccio subito da fuori il negozio. Da quel momento sono passati 15 giorni e quelle due incompetenti che lavorano presso il negozio ogni volta che passiamo a chiedere se hanno novità ci prendono anche in giro. Ho fatto scrivere dal mio avvocato...ma intanto sconsiglio chiunque di comprare un prodotto così costoso e così scadente...e non dar retta a quelle due incompetenti che vi raccontano come i materassi non sono soggetti alla muffa...ultime famose parole... SCONSIGLIATO...ANZI DA EVITARE ASSOLUTAMENTE!!! 10 months ago I purchased a mattress that costs 900 € in this den of incompetent, and about 15 days ago my wife has noticed that the bottom of the mattress memory has flourished mold.
