Qualità della pasticceria appena sufficiente i mignon non mi hanno entusiasmato ma soprattutto lo scontrino in palese contrasto con quanto presente sul menù mi ha deluso.. Forse il fatto che io fossi un cliente di passaggio ha indotto la cassiera a praticarmi un prezzo diverso, il problema non sono certo i 60cent ma trovo questo atteggiamento poco professionale. **** nella risposta non trovo indicazione sulla differenza di prezzo applicata senza alcun motivo, peccato mi aspettavo una spiegazione anche su questo punto. L'arredamento del locale è in legno chiaro, molto carino e gradevole. Prodotti buoni ma un po' cari comparati con altre pasticcerie che frequento. Ho fatto una pausa di domenica pomeriggio in un momento di particolare affluenza: l'attesa effettivamente è stata un po' lunga ma la cosa che mi è piaciuta di meno è che, tra un cliente e l'altro, il tavolo è stato sparecchiato ma non pulito né tantomeno igienizzato! Considerando che siamo ancora in pandemia trovo poco professionale che venga controllato il green pass ma che non venga posta attenzione all'igiene, a mio parere molto più importante. Voglio sperare che si tratti solo di una svista ma l'impressione non è stata delle migliori. Cozy pastry shop located on the outskirts of Cittadella, very close to the historic center. The furniture of the room is in light wood, very nice and pleasant. Good products but a little expensive compared to other pastry shops I frequent. I took a break on Sunday afternoon at a particularly busy time: the wait was actually a bit long but the thing I liked least was that, between one customer and another, the table was cleared but not cleaned nor sanitized! Considering that we are still in a pandemic, I find it unprofessional that the green pass is checked but that attention is not paid to hygiene, which in my opinion is much more important. I want to hope that it is just an oversight but the impression was not the best.
