★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non si trovo la cordialità e l'accoglienza di altri punti tim, non sanno offrirti promozioni che si trovano in internet sul sito tim, le chiedi un cambio piano per pagare meno te ne offrono uno piu costoso, qui si guarda solo il fatturato e non il cliente se esce contento, non sanno consigliare, chiedi informazioni o costi e magari vuoi fare rapporto con altri negozi,appena dici ripassi ti cambiano tono, per quanto riguarda i computer anni fa lo portato a riparare per un problema, di virus, mi hanno consigliato un antivirus che si e rivelato un blef entrando un potente virus visto che il pc lo uso per lavoro, cambiato assistenza risolto il problema con un buon anti-virus di cui avevano anche loro ma non consigliato, un po esagerato il costo per gli antivirus in caso di rinnovo licenza....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A parte attivarci il contratto con un nuovo operatore telefonico, non hanno saputo far altro; i problemi usciti dopo ce li siamo dovuti risolvere sempre da soli, diventando praticamente scemi a forza di chiamare i numeri verdi vari.

masticare il chewing gum in modo compulsivo in faccia al cliente non è molto educato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È l'unico centro TIM di Cittadella e dintorni, personale molto competente e gentile anche se mi hanno dato una notizia che si è rilevata falsa (nel fare un passaggio da Wind a Tim mi hanno detto che dovevo fare almeno una ricarica che mi coprisse 2 mesi) in sintesi alla fine della fiera ho speso €4 in più rispetto a quanto dettomi in fase di passaggio. Spero non in malafede perché €4 non valgono la malafede di un commerciante.
Io comunque lo consiglio e se capita ci ritorno.
It is the only TIM center in Cittadella and surroundings, very competent and kind staff even if they gave me news that turned out to be false (in making a switch from Wind to Tim they told me that I had to do at least one top-up that would cover me 2 months) in summary at the end of the fair I spent € 4 more than what was said in the transition phase. I hope not in bad faith because € 4 is not worth the bad faith of a merchant.
I still recommend it and if it happens I will return.
