Ho girato non so quante agenzie, nessuna aveva case disponibili.. tutte “ti chiamiamo appena entra qualcosa” ma nessuno si farà mai sentire, dimenticatevi pure. Quando sono entrato in questa agenzia, oltre ad essere stato accolto benissimo.. sono stato seguito dalla ragazza Vittoria, mi ha subito messo a mio agio, e mostrato IMMEDIATAMENTE le case disponibili in affitto che aveva nella zona che cercavo io. Sono riuscito a trovare casa vicino lavoro, chiuso il contratto in tempi brevi e soprattutto disponibilissima per ogni domanda/dubbio io avessi.. posso dire che come questa agenzia, poche c’è ne sono in giro! Ho contattato “Abitare nel Tempo” dopo aver visto l’annuncio online di un appartamento che mi aveva colpita, che volevo acquistare. Non posso che esprimere un parere più che positivo dell’agenzia e del suo operato: personale efficiente, preciso, gentile e sempre reperibile, pronto a risolvere ogni problematica e a rispondere ad ogni dubbio o perplessità. N	Nadia Campagnolo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inaffidabili. Mi è stata data conferma più volte del prezzo di un immobile a cui ero interessata e che avevo visto in un annuncio sul sito dell’agenzia. Dopo avermi inviato il progetto modificato (di cui non ero stata messa al corrente durante l’appuntamento avuto) ho chiesto nuovamente conferma del prezzo. La risposta è stata che non si sarebbe rimangiata la parola data ma che avrebbe fatto elaborare il capitolato in modo tale da rientrare nel prezzo pattuito. Oltretutto all’appuntamento mi era stato concesso circa un mese di tempo per confermare l’acquisto in modo tale da poter mantenere il prezzo originale senza subire i rincari previsti per quest’anno. Tralasciando le varie telefonate che ho dovuto fare per sollecitare l’invio dei vari documenti richiesti, ecco che contestualmente mi è stato inviato anche il nuovo listino prezzi (con un aumento esponenziale rispetto a quanto stabilito in precedenza). Ho chiesto delucidazioni in merito chiedendo se dovevo attenermi alla parola data o al nuovo listino e purtroppo non ho ancora ricevuto risposta. Sarò anche giovane e inesperta e mi sono fidata SOLAMENTE della parola data. Nonostante questo non mi aspettavo di essere presa in giro in questo modo. Se questo è il modus operandi, buona fortuna. Leaving aside the various phone calls I had to make to request the sending of the various documents requested, the new price list was also sent to me at the same time (with an exponential increase compared to what was previously established). I asked for explanations on this by asking if I should stick to my word or to the new price list and unfortunately I have not yet received an answer. I will also be young and inexperienced and I have ONLY trusted my word. Despite this, I did not expect to be made fun of in this way. If that's the modus operandi, good luck.
