★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza con questa agenzia immobiliare. Stavo cercando da un bel po' per affitto un miniappartamento aredatto. Visto sul sito internet un apartamento che mi interesava è era quello che cercavo. Chiamo subito in agenzia per chiedere informazioni e programmare un appuntamento per visitarlo, però subito la ragazza che si ocupava di questo apartamento, mi dice che c'è una trattativa in corso. Molto strano perché era appena messo sul sito. Chiamo la moglie e gli dico anche a lei di telefonare - certo la risposta era quella (trattativa in corso).
Avendo già altre risposte del genere dalle altre agenzie (che alla fine di questa recensione spiegherò) mi è venuto un dubbio. Ho chiamato un colega di lavoro italiano e gli ho spiegato la situazione e gli ho chiesto anche a lui di telefonare in questa agenzia per quel apartamento. Ovviamente, per lui era disponibile l'apartamento e non c'era nessun trattativa in corso, e subito a fatto un appuntamento in agenzia. Il motivo per cui questi apartamenti sono sempre in "trattativa" è perché i proprietari insieme alle agenzie imobiliare,non vogliono affittare alle persone di altra nazionalità. E così che stano le cose.
Voglio solo concludere è chiudere questa recensione dicendo che al posto suo sono andato con la moglie al apuntamento in agenzia. E comme vi dicevo... l'apartamento era in "trattativa" e fatalità quella persona che la visto prima di noi, lo ha già afitato. ?

 Bad experience with this real estate agency. I had been looking for a furnished studio apartment for quite a while. Seen on the website, an apartment that interested me was what I was looking for. I immediately call the agency to ask for information and schedule an appointment to visit it, but immediately the girl who looked after this apartment tells me that there is an ongoing negotiation. Very strange because it was just posted on the site. I call his wife and I also tell her to phone - certainly the answer was that (negotiation in progress).
Having already other answers from the other agencies (which I will explain at the end of this review) I came up with a doubt. I called an Italian work colleague and explained the situation to him and asked him to call this agency for that apartment too. Obviously, for him the apartment was available and there was no negotiation in progress, and immediately made an appointment in the agency. The reason why these apartments are always in "negotiation" is because the owners, together with the real estate agencies, do not want to rent to people of other nationalities. This is how things stand.
I just want to conclude is to close this review saying that instead I went with his wife to the appointment in the agency. And as I said ... the apartment was in "negotiation" and fatality that person who saw it before us, has already inhabited it. ?

Per me tutto ciò che riguardava questo passo era un enorme punto interrogativo, ma sono stato seguito fin dal primo momento dell'offerta per poi arrivare al tanto atteso rogito. In ogni fase mi sono sentito seguito e i consigli che mi sono stati dati si sono rivelati utili e non dati "per favorire il venditore". Molto professionali, ne aproffitto nuovamente per ringraziarvi per la cordialità e professionalità.
I relied on this agency for the purchase of my first home. For me all that concerned this step was a huge question mark, but I was followed from the first moment of the offer to then arrive at the long-awaited deed. At every stage I felt followed and the advice given to me turned out to be useful and not given "to favor the seller". Very professional, I take advantage of it again to thank you for your friendliness and professionalism.

Sebbene molte volte il fit tra esigenza del cliente e proposta del mercato possa attribuirsi anche ad una questione di "fortuna" la differenza per noi l'ha fatta soprattutto la professionalità di chi ci ha seguito e supportato. In particolare, abbiamo conosciuto Anna che con la sua gentilezza e disponibilità è riuscita a creare una sintonia con noi che solo chi ama il suo lavoro sa instaurare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, abbiamo provato a vendere una casa con loro, chiedono l'esclusiva per 12 mesi, al secondo mese cercano di convincerti che il prezzo è fuori mercato e te lo fanno abbassare. Ti portano un sacco di gente, ma non fanno una scrematura se sono veramente interessati al tuo immobile e se hanno i soldi per pagarlo. Hanno ritirato un'unica proposta di acquisto ad un prezzo del 30% inferiore di quello concordato. Alla fine abbiamo venduto senza agenzia con minimo sconto sul prezzo di vendita, ma con un notevole risparmio di commissioni. La sconsiglio vivamente.
Bad experience, we tried to sell a house with them, they ask for exclusivity for 12 months, in the second month they try to convince you that the price is out of the market and they make you lower it. They bring you a lot of people, but they don't skim if they're really interested in your property and have the money to pay for it. They withdrew a single purchase proposal at a price 30% lower than the agreed price. In the end we sold without an agency with minimal discount on the sale price, but with a considerable saving of commissions. I strongly advise against it.
