S	Solamente uno on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente NEGATIVO. Ho fatto due telefonate chiedendo un appartamento senza nessun riscontro. Mi sono recato di persona e la persona che ho trovato mi ha detto che sarei stato contattato dalla persona interessata nel giorno successivo. Ancora oggi sono in attesa di essere contattato. Se questo è il modo di trattare un potenziale cliente ....... Sconsigliato sia per chi vuole vendere e per chi vorrebbe comprare. Le altre agenzie di Cittadella sono sicuramente migliori di questa. Absolutely NEGATIVE. I made two phone calls asking for an apartment with no response. I went in person and the person I found told me that I would be contacted by the person concerned the next day. Still today I am waiting to be contacted. If this is the way to treat a potential customer ....... Not recommended for those who want to sell and for those who would like to buy. The other Cittadella agencies are certainly better than this one.

C	Christian Valle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho effettuato una prima telefonata in data 14/09 chiedendo di fissare un appuntamento perchè alla ricerca di un appartamento in affitto. La mia richiesta è stata respinta perchè non avevo visionato il sito. In data 17/09, presa visione di tutti gli annunci sul sito, telefono nuovamente per fissare un incontro o in alternativa visionare determinati appartamenti. Mi è stato chiesto un recapito telefonico e alcuni dati e mi è stato detto che sarei stato contattato. Purtroppo in data 22/09 di una telefonata nemmeno l'ombra. Mi sono quindi recato in agenzia dove ho fatto presente che a distanza di ormai più di una settimana ancora non ero riuscito a fissare nulla con loro. La signorina mi ha chiesto nuovamente tutti i dati e, a fronte della mia richiesta di fissare una visita degli appartamenti pubblicati sul sito (bilocale a Cittadella e San Martino di Lupari), sono stato congedato con la promessa che avrebbe sentito i proprietari e mi avrebbe fissato una visita negli stabili. Ad oggi, 29/09, non sono ancora stato contattato. Mancanza assoluta di professionalità e pessimo servizio. Allego foto degli appartamenti interessati e attualmente presenti nel loro sito web. I made a first phone call on 14/09 asking to make an appointment because I was looking for an apartment for rent. My request was rejected because I hadn't viewed the site. On 17/09, having read all the advertisements on the site, I call again to arrange a meeting or alternatively view certain apartments. I was asked for a telephone number and some data and I was told that I would be contacted. Unfortunately on 22/09 of a phone call not even the shadow. I then went to the agency where I pointed out that after more than a week I still hadn't been able to fix anything with them. The young lady asked me for all the details again and, in response to my request to arrange a visit to the apartments published on the site (two-room apartment in Cittadella and San Martino di Lupari), I was discharged with the promise that she would hear the owners and I would fixed a visit to the buildings. To date, 29/09, I have not yet been contacted. Absolute lack of professionalism and bad service. I attach photos of the apartments concerned and currently present on their website.

Ci siamo affidati all’agenzia immobiliare Mardegan per cercare un immobile in affitto. Fin da subito Luca e il suo staff si sono dimostrati disponibili e capaci di capire cosa stavamo cercando, trovando in meno di una settimana l’immobile che faceva al caso nostro. In questi due anni Luca ha saputo gestire in maniera impeccabile l’intermediazione tra noi e la proprietaria dell’immobile, rispondendo in maniera professionale ad ogni nostro quesito.
