★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo avere preso regolarmente appuntamento su iFix-iPhone vengo contattato, mentre sono per strada, mi avvertono che il tecnico "è dovuto uscire per una emergenza" e mi viene chiesto di ripresentarmi dopo due, cosa che ho fatto puntualmente per scoprire che il tecnico è "bloccato" per una urgenza (chissene frega del mio problema).
Risultato ho fatto 60 km e perso mezzo pomeriggio per niente!
Mai più avrò a che fare con Byter, se prendete appuntamento vi auguro che non abbiano una "emergenza".
After having regularly made an appointment on iFix-iPhone I am contacted, while I am on the street, they warn me that the technician "had to go out in an emergency" and I am asked to come back after two, which I did promptly to find out that the technician is "blocked" for an urgency (who cares about my problem).
Result I did 60 km and lost half an afternoon for nothing!
Never again will I have to deal with Byter, if you make an appointment I hope they don't have an "emergency".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pessimo, pessimo, pessimo....personale cordiale ma per il resto lasciamo perdere porto il mio portatile a riparare e già da subito mi dicono che e datato e che se non e riparabile conviene prenderne uno nuovo...sembra già un avvertimento, passano 15 gg e richiamo mi rispondono prima scusandosi per non avermi avvisato che lo avevano gia riparato e dicendomi che avevano sistemato il problema, al ché io chiedo quanto mi e costato e mi dicono che la cifra e di 60€ più iva io dico bene convinto di essere apposto, parto la mattina successiva perdendo tempo e ore di lavoro non essendo del posto e al mio arrivo ..... chiedo di vedere se funziona, e mi rispondono che purtroppo non sono riusciti a ripararlo poiche non conviene... é troppo datato!!!! ( ricordate l'inizio?) e meglio prenderne uno nuovo! e non mi anno nemmeno chiesto i soldi per fortuna.... vedete voi, a me il portatile serve solo per andare in Internet saltuariamente e stampare qualche documento, ora mi ritrovo con il portatile non fuzionante come quando l'ho portato e con ore perse di lavoro che dire.....grazie byter.
very bad, very bad, very bad .... friendly staff but otherwise forget it I take my laptop for repair and immediately they tell me that it is dated and that if it is not repairable it is better to get a new one ... it already seems a warning, 15 days pass and I call back they first reply apologizing for not having warned me that they had already repaired it and telling me that they had fixed the problem, to which I ask how much it cost me and they tell me that the figure is 60 € plus VAT I say well convinced to be okay, I leave the next morning wasting time and hours of work not being a local and on my arrival ..... I ask to see if it works, and they answer me that unfortunately they have not been able to repair it as it is not convenient ... too dated !!!! (remember the beginning?) and better get a new one! and I have not even asked for the money luckily .... you see, I only need the laptop to go to the Internet occasionally and print some documents, now I find myself with the laptop not working as when I brought it and with hours lost of work what to say ..... thanks byter.
