Esperienza che non avrei mai pensato dato le numerose recensioni positive e che non auguro a nessuno. Il computer è stato in riparazione per una settimana quando mi era stato comunicato che nell'arco di 1/2 giorni era pronto. Al passare dei giorni senza ricevere risposta mi sono recata fisicamente presso il negozio e ho scoperto che non solo il computer non era stato riparato per problemi di SSD arrivata danneggiata dal fornitore (questo non lo incrimino perché può capitare) ma oltretutto con la cover esterna del PC rotta. Mi è stato subito allora comunicato che nell'arco di un'altra settimana sarebbe arrivata la SSD e mi avrebbe cambiato la cover rotta a sue spese dato che me l'ha rotta lui. Peccato che sono passate altre 3 settimane e non ho ancora ricevuto nessuna chiamata, ho mandato un messaggio e chiamato e non mi risponde mai nessuno.
Tecnici così poco affidabili sarebbero da denunciare. Esperienza ORRIBILE!!!!!!

Experience that I would never have thought of given the many positive reviews and that I do not wish on anyone. The computer was under repair for a week when I was told it was ready within 1/2 day. As the days passed without receiving an answer, I physically went to the shop and I discovered that not only the computer had not been repaired due to SSD problems which arrived damaged by the supplier (I do not incriminate this because it can happen) but also with the external cover of the Broken PC. I was then immediately informed that within another week the SSD would arrive and I would change the broken cover at his expense since he broke it for me. Too bad it's been another 3 weeks and I haven't received any calls yet, I texted and called and no one ever answers me.
Such unreliable technicians would have to be reported. HORRIBLE experience !!!!!!
