Da sottolineare che tutti gli istruttori e i personal trainer hanno "una marcia in più" rispetto alla concorrenza. Ottimo sia i novizi ma anche per gli utenti più avanzati. Presenza di un pavimento antitrauma per effettuare gli stacchi in totale tranquillità, come anche di 2 bilaceri professionali da 20kg, l'unica mancanza sono i dischi bumper ma per il resto è praticamente priva di difetti. Aggiornamento del 29/04/2020, sono arrivati anche i dischi seri. ? Well what to say, a guarantee for anyone looking for a gym where they can train in a clean, equipped and large environment. Dispone di un attrezzata sala pesi e offre un ottima varietà di corsi fitness tra i quali si trovano anche i corsi Less Mills che trovo ottimi! A 360 ° gym, it has large indoor and outdoor spaces. Puntano forte sui corsi che ce ne sono di tutti i tipi, complimenti. Ma in sala pesi, il personale o è incompentente o non ha voglia di fare, perché se stai facendo un esercizio sbagliato nessuno ti dice nulla anzi, se vuoi allenarti bene in sale pesi, con risultati e senza farti male devi pagare, ci sono tra l’altro due bravi personal trainer (Sergio e Giacomo), ma il personale in sale è da rivedere. I titolari si impegnano sempre a rinnovare al meglio la struttura ,organizzano feste e uscite per non farci sentire solo degli sportivi ma essere parte di una grande famiglia.
