B	Barbie World on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clinica molto attrezzata medici bravi, convenzionati con asl e anche visite private con date subito disponibili, unica pecca aria condizionata fortissima, per alcune persone fa molto male.. ci vuole una via di mezzo così è esagerato, consiglio portatevi un maglioncino. M	Marco Torno on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non è la prima volta che frequento questo centro per esami e pacchetti prevenzione essendo convenzionato con l’assicurazione sanitaria da me sottoscritta, devo essere sincero mi sono sempre trovato bene affidandomi in particolare alla loro puntualità. Questa volta le cose sono un po’ cambiate, il centro si è trasferito, la nuova sede è molto bella e moderna peccato che al sabato mattina con la sala d’attesa piena di tre sportelli ve ne fosse solo uno aperto, per quanto l’impiegata si sia data da fare rispetto all’ora dell’appuntamento sono entrato dal medico con un’ora di ritardo. Un po’ troppo non vi sembra? It is not the first time that I attend this center for examinations and prevention packages being affiliated with the health insurance signed by me, I must be honest I always found it well relying in particular on their punctuality. This time things are a bit 'changed, the center has moved, the new headquarters is very beautiful and modern sin that on Saturday morning with the waiting room full of three counters there was only one open, as the used to be done compared to the time of the appointment I entered the doctor with an hour late. A little too much does not seem to you?

Arrivati in struttura ci chiudono fuori, sotto la pioggia dicendo che il poliambulatorio non apre fino alle 7.30!!!!! Finalmente entriamo e non trovano la nostra prenotazione . Il prelievo lo hanno fatto lo stesso ma sono disorganizzati e c'è una pessima comunicazione tra le operatrici telefoniche che si occupano della prenotazione ed i poliambulatori. Mi permetto di correggere quanto mi è stato scritto nella risposta qui di seguito: non mi è stato inviato nessun promemoria e come da istruzioni telefoniche mi sono recata in via Marconi 15 E alle ore 7.20 , l'indirizzo mi è stato dato telefonicamente dalla vostra impiegata al momento della prenotazione. Non ho bisogno di chiarimenti su ciò che è accaduto poiché è chiaro, c'è stato un errore da parte della vostra impiegata in fase di prenotazione e mi sono state date informazioni palesemente errate. Corretto da parte vostra sarebbe stato ammettere l'errore e non negarlo. Ribadisco quanto scritto nella mia recensione, il prelievo è comunque stato fatto all'orario di prenotazione ma per mantenere tale orario ho dovuto rinunciare alla tariffa agevolata (questo mi è stato comunicato dalla vostra stessa impiegata all'accettazione). I reiterate what is written in my review, the withdrawal was still made at the booking time but to keep this time I had to give up the discounted rate (this was communicated to me by your own employee at check-in).
