i	irene cavalieri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho prenotato una visita in libera professione e sapendo di entrare in una clinica privata, mi aspettavo un alto livello di professionalità che, purtroppo, é stato disatteso. Gli SMS che vengono puntualmente inviati come promemoria relativo a data, ora, luogo,modalità di pagamento e modalità di ingresso alla struttura omettono l'informazione più rilevante, ossia che gli accompagnatori dei minori devono essere provvisti di lasciapassare sanitario. Al momento della prenotazione, telefonica, non mi é stata comunicata alcuna indicazione relativa alla regola di accesso. In sede di triage ho scoperto che questa disposizione si trova esposta all'ingresso della clinica e anche sul sito, che ovviamente non ho consultato avendo prenotato via telefono; pertanto l'addetta al triage mi ha comunicato che non era possibile sottoporre mia figlia alla visita medica. A distanza di qualche ora dallo spiacevole episodio, dopo essermi informata e documentata sulle nuove disposizioni , scopro che questa normativa é relativa al decreto legge 126, mentre il 127, entrato in vigore ora, nulla dispone in ordine all'accesso del paziente in fase di accettazione. Questo disservizio mi é costato tempo e denaro, dal momento che non abito a Novara e lo reputo un comportamento illecito, abusivo nonché discriminatorio per tutti quei clienti che non vengono assistiti pur avendone diritto. I booked a visit as a freelance and knowing I was entering a private clinic, I expected a high level of professionalism which, unfortunately, was not respected. The SMS that are promptly sent as a reminder of the date, time, place, payment method and method of entry to the facility omit the most relevant information, namely that the accompanying persons of minors must be provided with a health pass. At the time of booking, by telephone, I was not given any information regarding the access rule. During the triage I discovered that this arrangement is displayed at the entrance to the clinic and also on the website, which obviously I have not consulted having booked by phone; therefore the triage officer informed me that it was not possible to have my daughter undergo a medical examination. A few hours after the unpleasant episode, after having informed and documented the new provisions, I discover that this legislation is related to the law decree 126, while the 127, which has now come into force, has nothing regarding the access of the patient during the acceptance. This disservice has cost me time and money, since I do not live in Novara and I consider it illegal, abusive and discriminatory behavior for all those customers who are not assisted even if they have the right.

Ho fatto una visita oculistica qualche giorno fa con una dottoressa poco preparata, che dovrebbe aggiornarsi sulle nuove tecnologie operatorie oculistiche. Non lascia spazio al paziente di parlare e ha dei modi arroganti e saccenti nel rispondere. Bad experience. È da mezzogiorno che provo a prenotare due esami ma nulla. E online purtroppo non si possono prenotare tutte le prestazioni!! Pessimi!!!! Bad telephone service !! Avevo un appuntamento per fare la visita oggi alle 15:20,ero in accettazione ad aspettare il mio turno alle 15 :30 mi ha detto che ero in ritardo. Ha chiamato il dottore e lui gli ha risposto di andare un altra volta... Bad experience especially from reception. R	Roberta Tacconi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per quanto riguarda la velocità è la qualità delle prestazioni, hanno sempre tempi rapidi di prenotazione , Ma le due visite specialistiche che ho fatto sono state deludenti. Per quanto riguarda la reception ,durante l'attesa per un esame radiologico una receptionist ha gestito tutte le telefonate in vivavoce diffondendo quindi dati sensibili su tutti gli utenti che chiamavano, una grave violazione della privacy. As for speed and quality of performance, they always have fast booking times, But the two specialist visits I made were disappointing. As for the reception, while waiting for an X-ray examination, a receptionist handled all telephone calls hands-free, thus disseminating sensitive data on all users who called, a serious violation of privacy.

Un amica con stesse problematiche ma vista da un altro medico abilitata anche per lavoro notturno.... mia figlia no! Visitata da un medico, poi referto rilasciato firmato da una dottoressa... Non vado nello specifico che è stato discriminatorio.... dico solo che per colpa di quel medico le è stata praticamente tolta la possibilità di lavorare ad Amazon. Anche quando abbiamo cercato spiegazioni siamo state trattate con molta superficialità! Noi con CDC abbiamo chiuso! Le impiegate allo sportello sono disponibili e preparate, sanno rispondere ad ogni esigenza...i medici con cui ho avuto le visite sono stati altrettanto professionali. Oltre alle tariffe private hanno anche delle agevolazioni niente male per essere un centro privato. Per quanto riguarda la tempistica del SSN c'è poco da lamentarsi, in ospedale ti fanno aspettare anni! I have been to this center for medical examinations and I must say that I found myself very well! The employees at the counter are available and prepared, they know how to respond to every need ... the doctors with whom I had the visits were equally professional. Prenotazioni telefoniche con tempi biblici e difficoltose per accessibilita', sito internet con relative prenotazioni fuorviante con prestazioni offerte che poi scopri inesistenti o fattibili da tutt'altra sede (100 Km) preferibilmente a pagamento. Medici che ricevono visite solamente a pagamento , quando disponibili dalla loro agenda privata, con tariffe personalizzate (non esiste un listino delle prestazioni private dipende dal medico quanto vuole farsi pagare). Offrono convenzione con il SSN ma nella realta' non prenotabili o per tempi lunghissimi o per non disponibilita' dei medici cosi' da tentare di accaparrarsi la prestazione privata!
