Iperidrosi: Dopo una serie di telefonate , dove mi viene detto che il prezzo della prestazione devo andare lì per saperlo, vista la mancata comunicazione decidono di comunicarmelo ugualmente. Prima no, poi si..Fissandomi dunque alla mia conferma un appuntamento per realizzarlo. Dopo tre telefonate di conferma, ripeto tre... Mi presento li, chiedendo come mi è stato detto di farmi accompagnare, in quanto il trattamento è doloroso. Io e un'altra persona abbiamo richiesto un permesso lavorativo, e al mio arrivo la dr.ssa declina subito dicendomi che c'è stato un errore. Non si procede quel giorno, dovevo tornare un'altra volta. Mi promette verbalmente che entro la settimana successiva mi avrebbe accolto. Dopo che mi ha informato del dolore al quale andavo incontro mi sono fidato maggiormente. Si scusa dell'accaduto per la svista dell'appuntamento e mi saluta. Behh sono passate due settimane, mai più sentita. Ringrazio per la professionalità. Quattro stelle e non cinque perchè ogni volta per gli appuntamenti e varie devo aspettare la segretaria che si occupa dell'infortunistica e ogni volta che la cerco non la trovo mai, poi mi dicono che mi richiamerà e io aspetto anche due giorni e mi ritrovo a dover chiamare ancora io per poter parlare, infatti contavo di fare tutte le terapie entro una data e mi è toccato prolungare perchè non riuscivo mai a parlare con lei. L'ultima mi doveva fare infiltrazione al gomito ma secondo il medico non posso guidare e devo tornare un'altra volta accompagnato. Ma la prossima volta devo pagare ancora sugli 90 euro.
