Le segretarie molto rapide e preparate.

La privacy è gestita in una maniera pessima.
Voi dovrete urlare n. telefono, dove abitate, data di nascita e motivo della visita (alcune volte imbarazzante) davanti alle persone presenti in sala d'aspetto. Se la segretaria non è sicura di aver capito ripeterà al doppio del volume quello che voi avete detto (n. telefono residenza ecc) CONSIGLIO DI MUNIRVI DI FOGLIO SCRITTO CON LE INFORMAZIONI SOPRA CITATE.
Inaccettabile nel 2020 un sistema del genere.

Un giorno sono arrivata alle 7,15, nonostante la fila di persone hanno aperto alle 8, con un bel po' di ritardo. Prelievo riuscito alle 9.
Oggi ho ritentato, sono arrivata verso l'orario di chiusura (che sarebbe alle 10). Alle 9,50 avevano già tolto i numeri per la fila e dopo 25 minuti di attesa mi hanno mandata via. Ripeto, vergognosi!
