L	L P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamiamo il call center e ci viene detto che l'esame micosi è convenzionato SSN e che il taglio deve essere fatto dalla paziente in autonomia, portando poi la parte tagliata in un contenitore e consegnarlo al laboratorio. Si presente mia mamma ed in accettazione viene detto tutto il contrario: esame non mutuabile (50 euro) ed il taglio sarebbe dovuto avvenire in struttura, effettuato da un medico. Il tutto dopo 2 ore e mezza di fila. Complimenti per la pessima formazione fatta a quelli del call center; non dico di fare l'esame gratuitamente, ma almeno uno sconto dopo le informazioni errate sarebbe stata cosa carina. We call the call center and we are told that the mycosis exam has an SSN agreement and that the cut must be done by the patient independently, then bringing the cut part into a container and delivering it to the laboratory. Yes, my mom is present and the opposite is said in acceptance: non-loanable exam (50 euros) and the cut should have taken place in the structure, carried out by a doctor. All this after 2 and a half hours in a row. Congratulations on the poor training given to those in the call center; I'm not saying to take the exam for free, but at least a discount after the wrong information would have been nice.
