Un grazie in particolare alle ragazze in cassa, soprattutto Alessia che è sempre gentilissima, solare e disponibile. 5 stars deserved to all the staff of the Medical Center who have always proved to be impeccable. Ci sono tante altre strutture molto più valide in zona che rispondono subito e non fanno tanto i preziosi. Bad telephone service with endless waiting times. I was the second person in the queue, after 10 minutes they answer me and then put me on hold again. There are many other much more valid structures in the area that respond immediately and do not care too much.

Oltre alla scarsa simpatia del centralino.. ! Per carità!!!???? A month and a half of waiting for an exam and then the cancellation of the appointment, very top! Recentemente è stato anche ampliato. Mi reco qui da anni e mi sono sempre trovata bene per visite specialistiche o esami del sangue. Organized, clean and modern medical center. The difference is noticeable compared to some public places which are old and much less well cared for. It has also recently been expanded. I have been going here for years and have always enjoyed myself for specialist visits or blood tests.

Dopo aver pagato una visita come se andassi dal gioielliere, il medico ( il primario ) che mi ha visitato per la 1 volta non si è neanche degnato di vedere i referti e gli esami fatti precedentemente. 10 minuti di visita per dirmi cose che già sapevo e 132€ buttati. State malati almeno salvate il portafogli con questi medici da strapazzo. Villorba Medicine Center. Bad experience. After paying a visit as if I were going to the jeweler, the doctor (the head physician) who visited me for the first time did not even deign to see the reports and exams made previously. 10 minutes of visit to tell me things I already knew and € 132 thrown away. Stay sick at least save your wallet with these scruffy doctors.

Front-end telefonico invece assolutamente da cambiare (non è che neanche il front-desk brilli e sono le stesse persone). Capiamo il carico di lavoro delle segretarie-operatrici-telefoniste-cassiere, ma non si può sbattere il telefono in faccia alle persone. Consigliamo la direzione di valutare meglio le assunzioni del personale…o di addestrarle meglio…loro sono il primo biglietto da visita della struttura. Non si può essere concentrati solo ad incassare tanti bei soldini…tipo catena di montaggio…;-) Certainly well organized medical center although quite expensive in terms of services. The telephone front-end, on the other hand, absolutely needs to be changed (it is not even the front-desk that shines and they are the same people). We understand the workload of secretaries-operators-telephone operators-cashiers, but you can't slam the phone in people's faces. We advise the management to better evaluate staff hires ... or to train them better ... they are the first business card of the structure. You can't just be focused on cashing in a lot of nice pennies ... like an assembly line ... ;-)

Ho avuto la possibilità di prenotare è per me è stata un' ottima cosa , consiglio cmq proprio per tempi tecnici di arrivare circa 15 minuti prima dell' orario che viene dato per il prelievo . Gentile e disponibile il personale addetto all' amministrazione così come la persona che mi ha effettuato il prelievo. Il mio referto sarà disponibile on line da mercoledì e avendo fatto il prelievo di venerdì considero questo lasso di tempo niente male come tempo di attesa . I went today to have blood tests at the collection point of the Medicine Center in Villorba (Tv) and this review of mine is based on this experience. I had the opportunity to book and for me it was an excellent thing, I recommend anyway due to technical times to arrive about 15 minutes before the time given for the pick-up. The administrative staff as well as the person who made the withdrawal were kind and helpful. My report will be available online from Wednesday and having taken the sample on Friday, I consider this period of time not bad as a waiting time.
A	Alberto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da quando , per colpa del covid, è diventato impossibile avere un appuntamento con il medico di base; ho utilizzato spesso i servizi del centro medicina. A parte l ordine , la pulizia e la professionalità che sono a livelli eccellenti, una piccola nota di demerito va alla reception all entrata principale nella quale lavorano delle ragazze non proprio gentilissime. Mi e capitato piu volte ( e ormai sono un cliente fisso) che la ragazza che prende la prenotazione o ti indica su quale ambulatorio si trova lo specialista che hai prenotato non sia per niente garbata, anzi sembra che sia un fastidio accogliere il cliente. Con il costo che ha una visita al Centro Medicina, mi aspetto un trattamento di riguardo, posso capire la giornata particolarmente stressante ma attendere perché la ragazza deve finire di chiacchierare con la collega al suo fianco lo trovo molto maleducato. Ho usufruito più volte di visite a pagamento sia personalmente sia per accompagnare mia mamma o mia suocera e devo dire che la scelta del dottore che riceve su appuntamento è molto ampia. Si può trovare di tutto , dall oculistica, ortopedici, chirurghi estetici, medicina dello sport e molto altro. Consiglio questo centro a tutti coloro non badano a spese per la propria salute, inoltre la risposta ad eventuali radiografie, risonanza magnetica ed altri esami specifici è velocissima, a volte la consegnano lo stesso giorno dell esame. Apart from the order, cleanliness and professionalism which are at excellent levels, a small note of demerit goes to the reception at the main entrance where some not exactly kind girls work. It has happened to me several times (and by now I am a regular customer) that the girl who takes the reservation or indicates which clinic is the specialist you booked is not at all polite, indeed it seems that it is a nuisance to welcome the customer. With the cost of a visit to the Medicine Center, I expect a special treatment, I can understand the particularly stressful day but wait because the girl has to finish chatting with the colleague at her side I find it very rude. I have used paid visits several times both personally and to accompany my mother or mother-in-law and I must say that the choice of doctor who receives by appointment is very wide. You can find everything from ophthalmology, orthopedists, cosmetic surgeons, sports medicine and much more. I recommend this center to all those who pay no attention to their health, moreover the response to any x-rays, magnetic resonance and other specific tests is very fast, sometimes they deliver it on the same day of the exam.
