Non ci ha fatto nemmeno accomodare stavamo in piedi come i cavalli. Allucinante!!!Cara Dottoressa se vede una ragazza di 12 anni cerchi di andare più ad aggio!!! Se toccava a me la visita e non a mia figlia.... spedita via in 1 minuto le cose andrebbero a finire in un'altro modo!!! Davanti a mia figlia mi sono trattenuta!!!! Mai più, la sconsiglio a tutti!!!

Mi hanno prenotato le onde d'urto senza prima verificare di quali necessitassi, per poi il giorno stabilito sentirmi dire: AH MA NOI QUA LE RADIALI NON LE FACCIAMO ! MA DAI ! CHIEDERMELO PRIMA NO ???Troppa superficialità e incompetenza
Metto una stella solo perché il Dott. Borromei, nel visitarmi il ginocchio, è stato molto accurato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo un'esperienza deludente e superficiale avuta diverso tempo fa in seguito a una visita senologica, ho deciso di approcciarmi nuovamente a loro per le analisi di routine della mia prima gravidanza... vista l'efficienza riscontrata, mi riproposi di affidarmi anche per la curva glicemica. Tutto spiegato con chiarezza dalla ragazza in reception, mi spiegano che avrei eseguito gratuitamente il prelievo iniziale, in seguito al quale sarei potuta accedere al test il giorno successivo ore 7 presentandomi a stomaco vuoto dalla sera precedente liquidi compresi.
Eseguito il test, ricevo la sera stessa il referto ove la mia glicemia risultava di un punto superiore rispetto al range, così, mi reco presso l'accettazione e senza spiegazione ulteriore alcuna, la signora alla reception e infermiere mi dicono "signora lei non può fare il test oggi. Può fare un altro prelievo preliminare per la glicemia ma lo deve pagare ma non oggi. Arrivederci". Così. Senza alcuna spiegazione ulteriore, lasciando una donna gravida con mille domande e senza alcuna risposta. Sarò diabetica? Sarò in pericolo, o peggio, è in pericolo il mio bambino? Cosa devo fare?
Si badi bene, non intendo dire di aver diritto a un trattamento con i guanti di velluto, ma più umano si. Siete medici! siete professionisti! Una spiegazione, quantomeno una rassicurazione, sul fatto che quel valore non era indice di patologia andava data.
Andate benissimo come prelievificio, ma solo per quello. Dal punto di vista umano e professionale, tutto quello che avete saputo fare è stato lasciare una donna incinta in balìa di ansia, preoccupazione e domande senza risposta che ha dovuto cercare altrove. Per un punto di glicemia, che se misurato un'ora dopo o un'ora prima avrebbe potuto dare tutt'altro risultato.

Without any further explanation, leaving a pregnant woman with a thousand questions and no answers. Will I be diabetic? Will I be in danger, or worse, is my baby in danger? What should I do?
Mind you, I don't mean to be entitled to a treatment with velvet gloves, but more humane yes. You are doctors! you are professionals! An explanation, at least a reassurance, on the fact that that value was not an indication of pathology had to be given.
You are fine as a prelievificio, but only for that. From a human and professional point of view, all you have been able to do is leave a pregnant woman at the mercy of anxiety, worry and unanswered questions that she has had to look elsewhere. For a blood glucose point, which if measured an hour later or an hour earlier could have given a completely different result.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nessun controllo in ingresso, eccetto un termo scanner automatico del cui esito nessuno se ne cura, corridoi e zone di attesa affollatissimi senza il minimo rispetto delle distanze di sicurezza. Il vasetto delle urine che avevo (comprato in farmacia) non rispettava i loro standard e mi hanno mandato in bagno a fare il travaso in un contenitore di loro fornitura: un bagno solo ad uso dei clienti, sporco, senza carta igienica, con chiazze varie di liquido sul pavimento probabili residui di precedenti travasi. Personale sotto stress al bancone poco collaborativo, freddo e privo di empatia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io personalmente mi reco a fare i prelievi del sangue ogni volta mi trovo a mio agio. Il personale è disponibile e cordiale. Per quanto riguarda le visite specialistiche non ho ancora avuto modo di provare. In zona si trova parcheggio. I tempi di attesa sono accettabili.
