L'orario per effettuare il tampone era fino alle 13:00, ma alle 12:30 avevano già terminato ed inviato i tamponi. Mi hanno chiesto di tornare lunedì... Mi viene detto che loro utilizzano solo il cartaceo e dovevo fornire la ricetta, nessuno mi ha fatto la gentilezza di stamparmeli, nessuno strumento per sparare il codice a barre della ricetta, vai a casa e prendi un altro appuntamento...meno male che siamo nel 2021 e non ho 80 anni con una gamba rotta! E poi o chiudete viste le condizioni igieniche pietose(sedie sporche, muri sgretolati, disordine nella saletta prelievi, oggetti ovunque anche sui lettini ) o mandate a casa gli operatori sanitari, visto che in particolare l'infermiere di turno di questa mattina preferisce parlare con gli amici piuttosto che fare il suo mestiere, di una sgarbatezza e svogliatezza da far rizzare i peli. Va bene che siete un usl e non un ente privato, ma lo stipendio a casa ve lo portate lo stesso! Non ho risposte da nessun numero e da nessun ente. Ci troviamo isolati con due bimbi di 5 e 12 anni dal 28 dicembre. Assurdo I have been waiting for 5 days for the results of the swabs made by my whole family as they are symptomatic and with a positive do-it-yourself swab. I have no answers from any number and from any body. We find ourselves isolated with two children aged 5 and 12 from December 28th. Absurd
