★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ultima volta che metto piede in questo centro. Non ho capito il motivo perché in qualsiasi ospedale se porto un familiare a fare una visita posso entrare come accompagnatore, qui no... E non mi venga a dire che è per il covid, perché solo qui accadono queste cose..... Vergognoso e ridicolo!!!
Last time I set foot in this center. I did not understand why in any hospital if I take a family member for a visit I can enter as a companion, not here ... And don't tell me it's for the covid, because only here these things happen ..... Shameful and ridiculous !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio non all'altezza, capienza massima non rispettata e senza il foglio all'ingresso con il numero max di persone che possono accedervi.
Stanza gelida a causa della porta aperta per il riciclo dell'aria per la troppa gente, attese lunghissime con più persone con lo stesso orario di appuntamento, gente in coda senza numeri, organizzazione PESSIMA.
Assolutamente non consigliato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata presso il centro castellano munita di appuntamento con richiesta del medico per un controllo in libera professione,in poche parole si sono rifiutati di farmi l'esame, almeno dirlo al momento della prenotazione, visto che ho perso un'ora di lavoro e fatto due ore di strada in macchina, rinunciando ad un altro appuntamento. Questa non è serietà.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le impiegate alla reception sono cordiali e precise come al solito. Una nota di demerito per lo specialista che mi ha visitato: non solo antipatico e scostante (ma questo è soggettivo) ma mi ha pure ricevuto con la mascherina sotto il naso

Attese infinite con persone con lo stesso orario di appuntamento o orario troppo ravvicinato.
Orari non rispettati.
Il tempo che abbiamo a disposizione è lo stesso per tutti con impegni durante la giornata...permessi di lavoro...e mille altre cose da organizzare.....
Gli orari vanno rispettati altrimenti non ha senso prendere appuntamento ?????
