Io non ci torno più. Unica nota positiva il caffè e la gentilezza del personale I paid for a coffee and a piece of pizza (ham and mushrooms) € 4.10. ● Considering that we are not in Milan but rather in a parking lot of a small "shopping center" which is also a bit sad. ● Considered that the pizza was normally good, so bad quality / price ratio. I'm not going back. The only positive note is the coffee and the kindness of the staff

Probabilmente sarò io a non essere simpatico alla signora (credo la padrona) che solitamente serve al bancone di via Palladio, ma non sono stato l’unico a percepirne il fastidio quando ci si presenta a scegliere il pane. Guai a chiedere di un tipo di pane se è esaurito (alle 10:30 del mattino!!) o se osi sbagliarne il nome. Ti tratta come un deficiente. Il saluto non esiste. Mia moglie tenuta lì in attesa perché la signora ha preso ordinazioni al telefono per 2-3 minuti senza minimamente preoccuparsi dell’attesa del cliente. Penso che dopo un simile atteggiamento non ci metterò più piede dentro. L’altra commessa, invece, super gentile. Inadequacy of customer service.
