★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Darei 5 stelle per la maleducazione e l'arroganza.
Tenendo presente che:
a) non viene controllato il green pass
b) non vi è la presenza di nessun tipo di distanziamento sociale ai tavoli né tanto meno nella zona in cui si sta in piedi
c) i tavoli non vengono minimamente disinfettati (almeno io non l'ho visto fare mentre sono stata seduta)
dopo circa un'ora che ero seduta, mi è stato chiesto di alzarmi e andarmene (senza la minima cordialità) con la giustificazione "il bar è pieno e devo far andare via la gente".
Ci tengo a specificare che:
a) vi erano ben altri 2 (DUE) tavoli vuoti all'interno
b) ahimè erano colmi di tazzine usate
Forse la gente va via perché non è disposta a sedersi ad un tavolo con tazzine altrui in piena pandemia.
Comunque la qualità delle brioche è peggiorata: alle 8 del mattino ho ricevuto una brioche secca (presumibilmente del giorno prima).
Buone feste.
I would give 5 stars for rudeness and arrogance.
Keeping in mind that:
a) the green pass is not checked
b) there is no presence of any kind of social distancing at the tables, much less in the area where you stand
c) the tables are not disinfected at all (at least I have not seen it done while I was sitting)
after about an hour of sitting down, I was asked to get up and leave (without the slightest friendliness) with the excuse "the bar is full and I have to get people to leave".
I want to specify that:
a) there were 2 (TWO) other empty tables inside
b) alas they were full of used cups
Perhaps people leave because they are unwilling to sit at a table with other people's cups in the middle of the pandemic.
However, the quality of the brioche has worsened: at 8 in the morning I received a dry brioche (presumably from the day before).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo lo smonto notte o come prima colazione (soprattutto dopo un prelievo del sangue al cdc lì di fronte ?) insomma, ogni scusa è buona per entrarci e gustare un ottima brioches! E tra pastìccini, torte e tanto altro si ha l’imbarazzo della scelta!
Personale molto gentile e disponibile!!!

After the night off or as breakfast (especially after a blood test at the CDC opposite ?) in short, any excuse is good to go in and enjoy an excellent croissant! And among pastries, cakes and much more, you are spoiled for choice!
Very nice and helpful staff !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La miglior pasticceria di Novara! Ottima per la colazione, con brioches strepitose (molto grandi e super farcite, con tanti gusti tra cui scegliere, tutti eccezionali) e un buon caffè! Il locale è piccolino e molto spesso affollato, ma ne vale la pena!
The best pastry shop in Novara! Excellent for breakfast, with amazing croissants (very large and super stuffed, with many flavors to choose from, all exceptional) and a good coffee! The place is small and very often crowded, but it's worth it!
