J	Jessica T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nulla da dire sulla bontà dei prodotti, veramente buonissimi. Però spesso è tutto finito, anche alle 9 di mattina potresti non trovare una brioche per la colazione. È inutile che hai prodotti superlativi e se non posso assaggiarli, se finiscono presto allora devi produrne di più. Non si può fare tutto su prenotazione. Ultimo appunto, mi piacerebbe più cura nell’incartamento dei prodotti in quanto spesso quelli di pasticceria vengono messi uno sopra l’altro e si rovinano o rovesciano risultando impresentabili se devi portarli a degli ospiti. It is useless that you have superlative products and if you cannot taste them, if they run out soon then you have to produce more. You can't do everything by booking. Last note, I would like more care in the packaging of the products as often the pastry ones are placed one on top of the other and are damaged or overturned, making them unpresentable if you have to bring them to guests.

L'idea di base è molto interessante, cibi dolci e salati senza glutine e molti anche senza lattosio. Putroppo ci sono molte cose che faccio fatica a concepire: il prezzo spropositato della merce, il servizio lento, l'orario in cui è possibile trovare i prodotti(per avere una brioche fresca per colazione bisogna aspettare le 9.30 il pane dopo le 10.00!) e i prodotti che non sempre sono ottimi (in particolare i pasticcini). Credo che per molte di queste critiche sarebbe più facile soprassedere se il tutto fosse meno condito da scortesia e supponenza (provate a dirgli che una brioches era cruda al suo interno, cosa per altro che credo possa capitare a tutti ma a loro no perché sono i "migliori"). Servirebbe in questi casi un po' di sana concorrenza per comprendere meglio le criticità della propria attività e mettersi maggiormente in discussione. Unfortunately there are many things that I find it hard to conceive: the disproportionate price of the goods, the slow service, the time in which it is possible to find the products (to have a fresh croissant for breakfast you have to wait for 9.30 for bread after 10.00!) and products that are not always excellent (especially pastries). I think that for many of these criticisms it would be easier to postpone if everything were less seasoned with rudeness and arrogance (try to tell him that a croissant was raw inside, which I think can happen to everyone but not to them because they are the "best"). In these cases, a bit of healthy competition would be needed to better understand the criticalities of one's business and put oneself more into question.

Un'emozione poter entrare in un negozio che fa pasticcini, dolci, brioches, torte, caffetteria, pane, pizza e focaccia senza glutine! Inoltre alcuni prodotti sono privi di lattosio. 3 pasticcini 3€, rapporto qualità-prezzo ottima! È anche possibile sedersi per consumare sul posto (ci sono tre tavolini). Personale gentile. Davvero consigliato vista anche l'assenza di altri locali che possano competere. Currently the only place that produces gluten-free products, about 1km from the center! F	Francina Debbi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pasticceria carina nel centro di novara, nelle immediate vicinanze. i pasticcini non sono male, a volte le frolle secche un pó posse come se avessero preso aria o magari sono del giorno prima ma comunque i pasticcini buoni anche quelli freschi. Le brioches non si possono mangiare, va bene che sono ancge senza glutine ma credetemi dovete fare di meglio!!! La moglie del proprietario (credo sia la moglie) non è il massimo della simpatia, un pó freddina ma credo sia fatta proprio così, é comunque cortese. I prezzi sono ben oltre la media, infatti uno non può farci colazione tutti i giorni diciamo. I senza lattosio non percepiscono reddito e risulta caro (chiaramente rispetto alle possibilità di ognuno e per me é caro). Diciamo che un pó sicuramente ci marciano ma fanno bene é il loro lavoro.? Per lo scontrino anche a me non é stato fatto e mi creda non c'era nulla sul bancone ? Tornando ai pasticcini sono molto semplici e buoni sembrano quasi fatti in casa. Mi sento di consigliarlo perche salvo i prezzi per qualche occasione speciale non ve ne pentirete. Una stella al atteggiamento della signora che serve. Nota dolente… i prezzi sono nettamente oltre la media dei negozi di tutta Italia e non sono giustificati dalla qualità però… che rimane leggermente al di sopra dei dolci del supermercato.
