Assurdo mezz'ora al telefono per fare capire al rappresentante che non sei su " Rischiatutto ". Tempo perso , okkio. Sono soddisfatto della professionalità di Davide che mi ha presentato il prodotto e modulato una offerta in base alle mie esigenze. Delle ragazze dell'amministrazione che mi hanno supportato nella compilazione delle pratiche. Della precisione sia dei tecnici nel sopralluogo x prendere le misure sia della squadra di installatori con Roman a gestire il tutto, eseguendo il lavoro completo in una giornata. Per quel che riguarda il prodotto, vista l'alta qualità generale avrei gradito qualche dettaglio di maggiore qualità, come magari un semplice tappino copri vite nel telaio per non avere quelle teste di viti a vista o magari, anche come accessorio, un fermo per evitare che le ante si aprono oltre i 90° e tocchino contro la spalla del muro, evitando di mettere feltrini o cose antiestetiche. Ho ricevuto anche tutti i riferimenti per una assistenza post vendita al bisogno che è molto importante. Nell'insieme sono davvero soddisfatto!
