★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another superb example of municipal facilitation. One can keep abreast of modern political and social events via the many public painted artworks as well as simultaneously enjoying the localised aromas and scents provided by those unable to find a more available and suitable bathroom..
A real joy to participate in this mixing of all the social stratas of this wonderfully ancient city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give 0 stars if possible. Expensive, unable to pay with cards, doesn't accept all notes, easypark app doesn't work most of the times.
And all of that mess for an unsecured, crumbling parking lot. Let's hope Syracuse enters the 21st century sometime this decade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a huge parking area but the basement gets flooded after a heavy rain. Not sure if anybody checks during winter as it is low season. Minimum charge of 1 hour for 1.50€

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely fine - use the machine to print a ticket. Once you push “+” up to 15€ it gives you 24 hours from your current time. Well located and easy to use. Wouldn’t recommend the easy park app here as it doesn’t let you extend past midnight
