E	Elena Monteforte on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una stella perchè meno non è possibile...avevamo il car valet prenotato con largo anticipo essendo un volo intercontinentale, abbiamo iniziato a chiamare mezz'ora prima e nessuno ci rispondeva, dopo più di mezz'ora e il volo che si avvicinava abbiamo dovuto trovare un'altra struttura (il tutto alle 4 di notte)...dopo le cinque ci ha richiamato il titolare con grande arroganza dicendoci che gli orari erano cambiati e loro erano chiusi nell'orario della nostra prenotazione...il tutto senza MAI averci avvisato prima quindi se volete rimanere a piedi nel bel mezzo della notte prenotate in questa struttura! A star because it is not possible ... we had the car valet booked well in advance being an intercontinental flight, we started calling half an hour before and no one answered us, after more than half an hour and the approaching flight we had to find another structure (all at 4 am) ... after five we called the owner back with great arrogance telling us that the times had changed and they were closed in the time of our booking ... all without NEVER have warned us before so if you want to stay on foot in the middle of the night book in this structure!

Puntualissimi e mi hanno salvato letteralmente la vacanza in quanto si sono offerti di prendersi cura della mia auto quando un’altra compagnia (looking4parking) causa grandissimo ritardo, ci stava facendo perdere il volo. Consigliatissimo!!! Excellent valet service! Very punctual and they literally saved my holiday as they offered to take care of my car when another company (looking4parking) was causing us to miss our flight. Highly recommended !!!

EVITATE EVITATE EVITATE Al ritiro dell'auto ci siamo accorti che i pulsati per abbassare i finestrini erano stati non rotti, ma del tutto tolti..RUBATI! Ci siamo recati al parcheggio, non c'era nessuno e alla nostra chiamata ci hanno risposto che non potevano perdere tempo dovevano consegnare le auto! ZERO professionalità, ZERO disponibilità. WORST EXPERIENCE! AVOID AVOID AVOID When the car was picked up, we noticed that the buttons to lower the windows had been broken, but completely removed .. STOLEN! We went to the parking lot, nobody was there and on our call they replied that they couldn't waste time they had to deliver the cars! ZERO professionalism, ZERO availability.

Ho dovuto prendere un taxi a mie spese per recarmi al lavoro. Il mio fidanzato ha aspettato un'ora e mezza prima di riavere l'auto. Utilizzo molte volte l'anno il servizio di car valet presso l'aeroporto, cambiando spesso parcheggio. Non mi era mai capitato un disservizio simile. Personale scortese! ITALY PARKING SCONSIGLIATISSIMO!!! The Italy parking staff could not find the keys to my car when I returned to Rome at Fiumicino airport. I had to take a taxi at my expense to go to work. My boyfriend waited an hour and a half before getting the car back. I use the car valet service at the airport many times a year, often changing parking. I had never experienced a similar disruption. Rude staff! ITALY PARKING SCONSIGLIATO !!!

Arrivo all'aeroporto, dove dovevano ritirare le macchine e non c'era nessuno, premettendo che già avevo fatto innumerevoli tentativi per contattarli, 15 minuti prima del mio arrivo, come mi era stato indicato per e-mail. Ovviamente, per non perdere il volo, mi sono dovuta recare in un altro parcheggio, il quale non essendo stato prenotato, mi è costato 130.00 euro per ogni vettura (2). Dopo un paio di ore, finalmente, rispondono alla nostra ennesima telefonata dalla quale ci aspettavamo, quanto meno, delle scuse. E invece no! Sono stati scorbutici e durante la conversazione hanno persino risposto con delle minacce, dimostrando nuovamente di non essere persone adatte ad un'attività. They are incompetent people. Li ho contattati subito ma non riconoscono l accaduto. Inoltre, il conta chilometri segna 30km percorsi da quando ho ladciato la macchina al car valet mentre il parcheggio è a soli 3km di distanza... Il lavaggio a 15€ è fatto malissimo. I vetri sono sporchi all interno e sono arrivati addirittura con una lumaca sul vetro posteriore. Una persona mi ha segnalato che le luci di dietro non funzionano. Adesso che ho letto le altre recensioni potrei anche pensare ad un furto .. G	Gionata on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ STATE LONTANI DA QUESTO PARCHEGGIO!!!! Prenoto una sosta con servizio car valet con questa azienda dal 30-08-19 al 11-09-19. Al ritorno "apparentemente" tutto sembrava essere andato per il meglio. Premetto che sono una persona che viaggia molto e fino ad oggi non ho mai avuto alcuna problematica con nessuna sosta auto di Fiumicino. Torno a casa , vado per aprire il cancello e non trovo più il telecomando. RUBATO. Fascione anteriore sinistro, nella parte bassa, completamente rigato. L'autista che ci ha riportato la vettura in aeroporto era posizionato proprio davanti a quella parte ed io avendo dato uno sguardo velocemente non mi sono accorta della strusciatura. Non meno importante il fatto che stamani vado ad aprire il portabagagli e trovo il crick fuori dalla custodia e sopra la ruota di scorta, abbasso gli occhi e trovo una gomma diversa dalle altre 3 completamente usurata! Ebbene si! Mi hanno anche SOSTITUITO UNA RUOTA con una da buttare di diversa marca ed hanno lasciato il crick fuori. Decido così di chiamare l'area sosta e mi viene detto che non possono farci nulla perché dovevo contattarli entro massimo 6 ore. Io con 300 euro di danni me la sono cavata, ma la disonestà non ha prezzo, pertanto STATE BEN LONTANI DA QUESTA AREA SOSTA. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PARKING !!!! I book a car valet stop with this company from 30-08-19 to 11-09-19. On the return "apparently" everything seemed to have gone well. I state that I am a person who travels a lot and to date I have never had any problems with any car parking in Fiumicino. I go home, I go to open the gate and I can't find the remote control anymore. STOLEN. Left front band, in the lower part, completely striped. The driver who brought the car back to the airport was positioned right in front of that part and I having glanced quickly I did not notice the rubbing. No less important is the fact that this morning I go to open the trunk and find the jack out of the case and above the spare wheel, I look down and find a different tire from the other 3 completely worn! Well yes! They also REPLACED A WHEEL with a throwaway one of a different brand and left the jack outside. So I decide to call the rest area and I'm told they can't do anything about it because I had to contact them within 6 hours. I got away with 300 euros in damage, but dishonesty is priceless, so STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS PARKING AREA.
