Parco attrezzato dove poter praticare trekking, dove passare un pranzo nell'area Pic-nic con panchine e barbecue e vasta area giochi per i più piccoli. Situato all'entrata che sbocca per via delle medaglie olimpiche troviamo un primo chiosco adibito a bar. Il secondo chiosco situato all'interno del parco è diventato un luogo di svago e divertimento. Il Pub offre una serata alternativa nel bellissimo parco dedicato alla sfortunata studentessa Potentina. Excellent natural park, located in a splendid natural setting in the Macchia Romana wood. Equipped park where you can practice trekking, where you can have a lunch in the Pic-nic area with benches and barbecue and a large play area for the little ones. Located at the entrance leading to the Olympic medals we find a first kiosk used as a bar. The second kiosk located inside the park has become a place of leisure and entertainment. The Pub offers an alternative evening in the beautiful park dedicated to the unfortunate student Potentina.

Poi ci sono angoli bellissimi da fotografare con bellissimi fiori A small but beautiful park, it lends itself to light or demanding walks with climbs and descents. M	Marina Basile on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lembo di cerreta al margine del centro abitato che ospita i ruderi di un vecchio palmento (luogo deputato alla conservazione di olio e vino). Presenti due chioschi, diverse fontanelle, area attrezzata fitness e giochi per bambini. L'area è accessibile alle persone disabili ed è consentito l'ingresso ai cani. Sul profilo naturalistico, il bosco si compone essenzialmente di esemplari di cerro e roverella ad alta densità seppure di piccole dimensioni e spesso con la chioma adduggiata. In corrispondenza del chiosco posto nella zona bassa, sono presenti alcuni alberi vetusti di notevoli dimensioni e dal portamento maestoso. Il sottobosco è essenzialmente costituito da arbusti di emerus (fiori gialli) e biancospino (bacche rosse). Lo strato erbaceo è variamente composto in dipendenza delle stagioni. In primavera inoltrata è possibile osservare: Silene, erba perla azzurra, lunaria, scabiosa, anemoni, pisello sativo e lampascioni. Diversi i sentieri che si snodano dal lastricato che permettono di godere dell'atmosfera del bosco alle porte della città. The undergrowth is essentially made up of shrubs of emerus (yellow flowers) and hawthorn (red berries). The herbaceous layer is composed in various ways depending on the seasons. In late spring it is possible to observe: Silene, blue pearl grass, lunaria, scabiosa, anemones, sativa pea and lampascioni. There are several paths that wind from the paving that allow you to enjoy the atmosphere of the forest on the outskirts of the city.
N	Nefar Kafka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parco con molto verde in un rione molte popoloso. Presente una piccola area giochi per i bambini ed un buon percorso per camminare. Un bel polmone verde. Peccato, come sempre, per i proprietari di cani e la loro maleducazione. Un'area verde non è necessariamente il gabinetto dei loro animali e deve essere fruibile in tranquillità e sicurezza. Park with a lot of greenery in a very populous district. There is a small play area for children and a good path for walking. A nice green lung. Too bad, as always, for dog owners and their rudeness. A green area is not necessarily the toilet of their animals and must be usable in peace and safety.
