Entro per chiedere un farmaco per il mal di stomaco. Mi propongono due farmaci blandi, che io avevo già sperimentato senza risultati. Al che il farmacista, invece di consigliarmi qualcosa di un po' più forte, mi esorta a "tenermi il mal di stomaco", facendomi presente che "il farmaco miracoloso non esiste". In un altra farmacia ho subito trovato quello che cercavo, a riprova che le mie esigenze non erano così fuori dalla norma.
Rude and bad service.
I enter to ask for a stomach ache. I propose two bland drugs, which I had already experimented without results. To which the pharmacist, instead of advising me something a bit 'stronger, urges me to "keep my stomach ache", making me aware that "the miracle drug does not exist". In another pharmacy I immediately found what I was looking for, proving that my needs were not so out of the norm.

Forse Giova ricordare, a chi non lo sapesse, che qui si vendono Parafarmaci e farmaci da banco quindi non è possibile trovare ciò che può essere venduto solo in farmacia. Sono molto soddisfatta e sono una cliente affezionata. La consiglio a tutti. Se il Parafarmaco manca, entro poche ore viene reperito.
Trained and competent staff. Perhaps Giova remind, to the uninitiated, that Parapharmaceuticals and over the counter drugs are sold here so it is not possible to find what can be sold only in pharmacies. I am very satisfied and I am a loyal customer. I recommend it to everyone. If the Parafarmaco is missing, it will be found within a few hours.
