★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad, bought a stone island jacket and within 2 months the garment is starting to tear open. When I tried contacting Stone Island they dont take any responsiblity. Stay away from this not authorized reseller!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. Not trustworthy. Not told about import duty tax until notified by DHL the day it was to be delivered.
I did not want to keep the items ordered and Outlet Bicocca did not respond to my requests for a refund. The window to return is only 10 days from date of delivery, not 14 as stated on their web-site. I do not trust this company, and will never purchase from them again.

Also they resolve my problem in the better way possible. Better than Amazon, I really recommend them, very happy with them.
