Ho anche perlato con la direzione dell'ultimo centro commerciale dove avevano lo stend,mi è stato riferito che in molti come me si sono lamentati.
They don't answer any number or email, I think I have lost the deposit.
I also talked to the management of the last shopping center where they had the stend, I was told that many people like me have complained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo fatto contratto a ottobre per posa delle finestre a dicembre. Versato l'acconto di 2000€ i lavori sono stati spostati a febbraio creandoci non pochi problemi. Saldata la fattura non ci è mai stata rilasciata ricevuta ENEA per la detrazione nonostante le molteplici chiamate da noi effettuate. Azienda poco seria che sconsiglio vivamente.
We contracted in October for window installation in December. Once the € 2000 deposit had been paid, the works were moved to February, creating many problems. Once the invoice has been paid, we have never received an ENEA receipt for the deduction despite the multiple calls made by us. A little serious company that I strongly advise against.
