★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff made us wait outside till before 30 minutes a show began even though it's just so cold winter day. That might be because of the covid, but I had a painful time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tonight's show of Sergei Polunin was cancelled for some "unknown reason " but no one informed the audience . Lots of us arrived and found only one guy over there who didn't know what to say... He was a kind of a guardian of the restaurant inside the theater, therefore not engaged neither in booking nor organization. The ticket office was closed and there was no one from the management / or staff to give some explanation... People came from the States, Russia, Romania etc.
They obviously paid the hotel in order to see the show but there was nothing written even at the entrance concerning this cancellation! And what about refund ?? Who knows ?! Since we paid / booked in advance Arcimboldi Theater should not take care at all of its customers
All together completely unprofessional and disrespectful !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great theatre with very good accoustics and vision even in the 'cheap' seats. If you go by car, there is convenient parking nearby - however inside it is very badly signed so easy to lose your car!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had tickets for the very last row, and I could see and hear clearly. I think a great theatre doesn't need anything more than this. Top this with great bars and restaurants inside, and nice architecture too. Only downside it might be difficult to reach (not many parking spots around)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cam to see Notre Dame de Paris. The theatre is huge. A problem is the seats are too small and the first floor where I sat is a little far away from the stage.
The sound is amazing I even cried when I heard the singers.
The theatre is more modern than others in the city Milano.
