Ho mandato una mail a cui non hanno risposto, ho telefonato dopo 2 giorni dalla mail e mi hanno detto che uno dei prodotti da me ordinati non era disponibile e che, guarda caso, mi stavano proprio contattando quel giorno. Ordine annullato. Mai più. Order placed online, after 10 days it was still in preparation. I sent an email to which they did not reply, I called after 2 days from the email and they told me that one of the products I ordered was not available and that, coincidentally, they were just contacting me that day. Order canceled. Never again.

Peccato che il pagamento è anticipato. Ad oggi, dopo un mese, non mi hanno ancora rimborsato. Vergognoso ! Bad experience. I placed an online order for a product that was available; only later did they tell me not to be. Too bad that the payment is in advance. To date, after a month, they still haven't refunded me. Shameful!

Esperienza del tutto negativa e ad oggi non ho il prodotto ma ho pagato, (che avevo richiesto con estrema urgenza data la rarità del prodotto e specificando che avevo dei cuccioli in pericolo di vita.) Adesso aspetto entro domani che il prodotto o mi arrivi o mi venga rimborsato. It also happened to me order placed 6 days ago, request for extreme urgency, no one who replies to emails, but when they have to have the accounting copy they send you 2 emails !! Completely negative experience and to date I do not have the product but I paid, (which I had requested with extreme urgency given the rarity of the product and specifying that I had puppies in danger of life.) Now I wait by tomorrow for the product to either arrive or get a refund.
