★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely love Papavero! We ate here our first night in town ... and our third ... and are trying to resist the temptation to come here on our last night in town! One of the best dining experiences I've had. I'm from Texas and know fried chicken, tacos, chips and salsa, etc. and these folks get everything right! So many good flavors mixing together. The appetizer sampler is a must. I loved every entree I tried. And don't skip dessert. Seriously, it's all good and all unique. True fusion of many cultures. Lastly, I can't say enough about the wait staff... they, too, are fantastic. Great recommendations, attentive, remembered our drink order from two days earlier. Just all around a great dining experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While on vacation in Italy we made a point of visiting this restaurant. The unique fusion dishes by this highly trained chef are a real experience. Many cultures are blended together for a delicious result. We had the appetizer platter which was huge and more than we could eat. The KFC chicken is wonderful, crispy, perfect. The bright dining area and outside seating are inviting.

I'd recommended the salmon rolls!

Restaurant hosts are also very nice.
