★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza ottima, croccante e allo stesso tempo molto soffice... Che si diversifica dalle altre pizzerie. Pane salato, anche se non siamo abituati molto buono. Per non parlare della specialità natalizia, il panettone artigianale, morbido, gustoso. Correte a prenderlo.
 Excellent pizza, crunchy and at the same time very soft ... which differs from other pizzerias. Salty bread, although we are not used to it very good. Not to mention the Christmas specialty, the artisan panettone, soft, tasty. Run to get it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nulla da dire x i due trancetti di pizza,ma pagarla 7,00 euro mi sembra un po'esagerato visto che con questo prezzo si può tranquillamente mangiare una pizza tonda,poi tra l'altro senza esporre neanche un prezzo e senza neanche pesarla, forse siamo abituati a dei prezzi più giusti

L'impasto è soffice e croccante con la bolla, gustoso e digeribile perché le farine impiegate non sono raffinate ed hanno una lievitazione piuttosto lunga. Ottimi gli ingredienti sia per le “classiche” che per le ‘gourmet’ più ricche e ricercate sia nei condimenti che nell'impasto dove, spesso e volentieri, cambiano anche i tipi di farina. Consiglio di provare le pizze chiamate “crostino” e “cacio pepe”.
Questo piccolissimo angolo gastronomico, che non produce solo pizze al taglio ma bensì pane, crocchette, supplì e una piccola gastronomia da asporto, si trova in via Giovanni Becchetti a Santa Maria degli Angeli. Il locale è piccolo ma accogliente e familiarmente gestito: mamma e figli si alternano da mattina a tarda serata. Il prezzo delle pizze è davvero economico con tagli da 1€ 2€ 2,50, 3€! La chiusura settimanale è di lunedì.
The pizza you don't expect!
The dough is soft and crunchy with the bubble, tasty and digestible because the flours used are not refined and have a rather long leavening. Excellent ingredients for both the "classic" and for the richest and most sought-after "gourmet" both in condiments and in the dough where, often, the types of flour also change. I recommend trying the pizzas called "crostino" and "cacio pepe".
This very small gastronomic corner, which not only produces sliced pizzas but rather bread, croquettes, rice balls and a small takeaway gastronomy, is located in Via Giovanni Becchetti in Santa Maria degli Angeli. The restaurant is small but welcoming and familiarly managed: mum and children alternate from morning to late evening. The price of pizzas is really cheap with cuts from € 1 € 2.50, € 3! Weekly closing is on Monday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza buonissima anzi più che buonissima lo dice uno per cui la pizza è praticamente una pietanza storica. Bravo Francesco ! Solo un maestro dalla mano capace può fare una pizza così Bella sapida leggera, come si dice dalle mie parti, una pizza proprio "sistemata"! Ci puoi capitare per caso o decidere di andarci apposta ne vale sempre la pena. Anche solo per prendere il pane. Buono più di me.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Torno per la seconda volta dopo aver messo 5 stelle e le confermo. Personale educato, impasto digeribilissimo, buonissimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Due tranci di pizza fredda e uno margherita €8.00. Con due tranci sei sazio come se mangi una pizza tonda. La gestione familiare gli da quel pizzico di amore in più che nelle cose fa sempre bene. Da provare lo consiglio.
I come back for the second time after putting 5 stars and I confirm them. Polite staff, very digestible dough, very good value for money. Two slices of cold pizza and one margherita € 8.00. With two slices you are full as if you eat a round pizza. The family management gives him that extra bit of love that is always good for things. I recommend it to try.
