Evidentemente possono permettersi di trattare male le persone ed allontanarle. We were treated rudely despite being regular and good customers for a long time (bakery and pastry shop). Sono rimasto colpito dalla cortesia del personale e dall’ampia scelta di panettoni artigianali con diverse farciture, alcune decisamente inusuali. Mi sono fatto tentare ed ho acquistato un panettone al pistacchio di Bronte e uno al passito: assolutamente spettacolari! Gustosa la base e superlativa la farcitura! Tornerò sicuramente!! I entered this pastry shop yesterday for the first time, I was passing through the neighborhood. Nell'ultimo anno uscendo dal lavoro ho trovato comodo passare dal vostro negozio per pane e focaccia,ottimi entrambi,come pane prendevo i caravanini,e avevo abitudine prenotarli in mattinata e ritirarli verso le 13 dalle commessr al banco davvero tutte gentilissime,che era abitudine fare 2 parole ormai conoscendosi. Ma nell'ultomo mese qualcosa nei caravanini è cambiato. La pata dentro non è bianca ma un po beige,sono molto più leggeri ma soprattutto meno buoni. Comunque un sapore completamente diverso. Ho chiesyo al banco ma mi è stata data una motivazione non convincente. Allora vi chiedo,cosa è successo?cambiate farine o altro? Se mi rispondete ve ne sono grato,anche perché vorrei continuate ad essere vostro cliente se però la qualità resta quella descritta. Grazie e saluti a tutti Hello., My name is Marco.
