Focaccia genovese non troppo unta, salata il giusto, sottile, morbida dentro e croccante fuori. A me è piaciuta! Il resto dell'assortimento non l'ho provato ma comunque non hanno tantissima scelta. Non si paga con il bancomat. It was not the first time I tried their focaccia and I must say that I find it very good! Genoese focaccia not too greasy, just the right amount of salt, thin, soft inside and crunchy outside. I liked it! I haven't tried the rest of the assortment but they still don't have a lot of choice. You do not pay with an ATM.

Il pane è davvero buono, la focaccia finalmente senza strutto. The sage and rosemary come from the owner's garden and give the focaccia the flavor of when you were a child. The bread is really good, the focaccia finally without lard.

Grossa varietà di focaccia, dalla classica alla secca. La focaccia con la cipolla è un qualcosa di straordinario : morbida, sugosa, e, soprattutto, la cipolla non la fanno bruciacchiare come la si trova in alcune famose focaccerie. Focacceria of utmost respect, superior (in my opinion), even to many that advertise themselves through social media or Street food broadcasts. Large variety of focaccia, from classic to dry. The onion focaccia is something extraordinary: soft, juicy, and, above all, the onion does not make it scorch as it is found in some famous focaccerie.
