Premetto che sono dalla nascita una cultrice della nostra focaccia e ne ho mangiate di tutti i tipi, colori e farine. Beh…. Il Focaccino sale per direttissima sul podio!!! Fantastica, golosa, sottile, unta e croccantina, leggermente sfogliata. Una goduria pazzesca !! Difficile trovarne di così buone! Per curiosità ho provato anche le Olandesine che mi erano state consigliate… pazzesche pure quelle. In più loro sono super carini. Diventerà tappa obbligata ogni volta che sarò a genova. Bravissimi!! I went to il Focaccino for the first time today because I'm from Chiavari and I didn't know him. I state that I have been a cultur of our focaccia since birth and I have eaten of all types, colors and flours. Well…. The Focaccino goes straight to the podium !!! Fantastic, delicious, thin, greasy and crunchy, lightly flaky. A crazy pleasure !! Difficult to find such good ones! Out of curiosity, I also tried the Olandesine that had been recommended to me ... those too were crazy. Plus they are super cute. It will become a must every time I am in Genoa. Very good !!

Non potevamo trovare posto migliore! Focaccia fragrante, bassa, croccantina fuori e morbida dentro... Davvero buonissima! Se abitassi vicino la comprerei ogni giorno ? Anche la qualità/prezzo è ottima! Provare per credere ? I spent the day in Genoa a few days ago, and before returning home my friends and I decided to stop for the Ligurian focaccia ... We couldn't find a better place! Fragrant focaccia, low, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside ... Really delicious! If I lived nearby I would buy it every day ? The quality / price is also excellent! Seeing is believing ?

Btw,it is extremely difficult to find a good focaccia away from Genova,& generally from Liguria. This small bakery,in the old borough of San Fruttuoso,offers a very good,peculiar focaccia,along with several other nice baked products. Parking extremely difficult.
