Dal personale del negozio vengo invitato a contattare direttamente l'azienda produttrice (azienda francese) oppure fare un reclamo allo spedizioniere in quanto al momento della spedizione l'oggetto in qiestione funzionava...peccato che per policy dello spedizioniere il reclamo deve essere effettuato dal mittente.
Dato che ne avevano un altro a stock facevano bella figura a rimandarne uno funzionante visto il basso costo....peccato era un regalo che tenevo particolarmente a fare...anche perché non facilmente reperibile in altri siti.
