 I thought it was great but I went with a broken bracelet I don't know how and they told me they don't do repairs that I have to send it in short, buy it new and then if the assistance is this for me and ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato più volte in questo store, vengo sempre quando devo fare un regalo (fidanzata, mamma ecc). Sono sempre disponibile e gentili. Mi sono trovato bene in particolare con una commessa che si presenta come "Vale". Mi fa sempre fare bella figura con i regali, tu gli parli della persona e lei indovina( in famiglia credono che io abbia gusto, illusi).
Elogi a parte, negozio consigliatissimo, per la gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale.
I've been to this store several times, I always come when I have to give a gift (girlfriend, mom, etc.). They are always helpful and kind. I was particularly happy with a saleswoman who introduces herself as "Vale". He always makes me look good with gifts, you tell him about the person and she guesses (in the family they think I have taste, deluded).
Praise aside, highly recommended shop, for the kindness and helpfulness of the staff.

La signorina che mi ha servito e purtroppo non ho visto il nome mi ha sopportato (perché io molto indeciso) e consigliato in modo impeccabile, non ha mai sbuffato e fino alla fine è rimasta professionale, idem la ragazza alla cassa che nonostante un errore nel battere lo scontrino e ho dovuto aspettare 30 secondi per rifarlo si è scusata mille volte(niente scuse, sei stata professionale complimenti) consigliatissimo!!
At first I didn't find the place then once I entered I found some really kind and courteous staff.
The young lady who served me and unfortunately I did not see the name endured (because I am very undecided) and impeccably advised, she never snorted and remained professional until the end, ditto the girl at the counter who despite an error in the beat the ticket and had to wait 30 seconds to do it again apologized a thousand times (no excuses, you were professional compliment) Highly recommended !!

Personali professionali, cortesi e disponibili, oggi mi sono recata in questo store per verificare l'autenticità dei charm che ho acquistato da altri rivenditori, mi ha aiutato la Martina, una ragazza con capelli lunghi scuri e ricci, ed è stata molto gentile , disponibile, e paziente nei miei confronti, per cui alla fine ho comprato dei charm nuovi anche se non intendevo di spendere soldi. Martina mi ha anche spiegato bene l'offerta in corso. Carina e affidabile ! Negozio piccolino ma ci tornerò sempre.
Fabulous experience. Satisfactory service. I've been there 3-4 times and every time I had a great time, with or without purchases. Professional, courteous and helpful personnel, today I went to this store to check the authenticity of the charms I bought from other retailers, Martina, a girl with long dark curly hair, helped me and she was very kind, helpful , and patient with me, so I eventually bought some new charms even though I didn't intend to spend the money. Martina also explained the current offer to me well. Pretty and reliable! Tiny shop but I will always be back.
